Great customer service
I have not received my order yet as I just made my first one tonight, however, I originally signed up to get the stage 5 purées as my little one is starting to refuse them. Then realized I could get the biteables plates and I reached out to customer service and Ron emailed me back within minutes and was able to cancel the purées without issue.

Missed Cancellation Window
I missed the cancellation window on my Little Spoon order and thought I was out of luck, but they responded quickly, gave me a full refund, and let me keep the order. Really solid customer service! My baby really loves the food, so no complaints here!

I had ordered a variety of foods from Little Spoon, but my baby loves the fruit and veggie pouches the most. He gets one a day, and I was running low while waiting for my next order to arrive. I had always received a text notification when my order arrived, and it would always be on my doorstep when I came home from work.
Recently, I was supposed to have received the package on Wednesday, but I didn't realize until Thursday late evening that I still hadn't received the box. I went online and it showed that it was delivered, but it clearly wasn't on my doorstep. I contacted Little Spoon and they were very helpful. They provided a photo of the delivery proof, and that's when I learned that the driver had delivered it to the mailroom instead. It had been an extremely hot week, about mid-90s every single day. By being in the direct sunlight in the mailroom, my package of pouches did not survive. When I opened the box at home, the pouches were barely cool to the touch. I was obviously not going to feed my baby something that had been left out in the sun for much longer than it was supposed to have been. I was so distraught and disappointed by not being notified of the delivery.
I contacted Little Spoon, and they made me feel like I mattered. They shared in my disappointment and grief, and without any trouble, they sent me another box. I had to wait a week for the next shipping cycle, which was fine, since I managed to space out my baby's treat without too much fuss.
I worked with Joy, who to her namesake, had been a complete Joy to work with. She made me feel seen as a working mother who had wanted to make sure that her baby received quality food, but the delivery aspect had fallen short of expectations, as well as past experience. She had taken my sour situation and turned it into a sweet solution. :)

We purchased little spoon meals for our 10 month old daughter, although expensive they are convenient, we unfortunately didn’t have many options due to our daughter having a CMPA. After preparing one of the meals for my daughter, as I was starting to serve her I noticed a sharp, shard of bone in the ground chicken. I immediately contacted little spoon who offered a $5 refund for the meal. I expressed that this was an inappropriate response and they offered me a $25 credit towards future meals. I informed them that at this point given the situation and their response I was not comfortable ordering additional meals and their relation was dismissive. They then refunded me for the entire order. I continued to express that I did not feel this situation was being handled appropriately given my 10 month old daughter could’ve choked or been seriously injured had she consumed the bone. The fact that I have been unable to find a reasonable place to write a review also speaks volumes for this company. They pride themselves on safe food and that is absolutely not the case.

We have LOVED little spoon! The product itself is amazing! Then when I received my order with a few cracked containers, the customer service was able to quickly help me get a credit to replace the broken containers!

Cannot cancel my subscription/ BEWARE
Cannot cancel my subscription. I am in the "Cancelation window" and they stopped responding to our communication. They communicated for nearly an hour asking if my order had been processed yet... it had not. This is Friday, I was sent an email saying I could change my order before i would be charged tomorrow and then they would start processing the order Saturday.... They said ok please be patient while I transfer you to our specialist. .. . . over an hour and a half later and they will not respond anymore. They make it impossible. Nowhere on the website or app is there a place to cancel or pause.

I wanted this service to work for convenience but my children would not eat it. I have over 30 pouches and 20 meals in the fridge and freezer from my first order that the kids refuse... The meals for my 10 month old get thrown to the floor... He eats everything else we offer him except these products...
The dipper snacks are stale pretzels and grainy half full dip. It just isn't good & food isn't received well by my kids at all. now i cant cancel ??? so irritating.

Great Customer Service
We have been using a Little Spoon subscription since my daughter turned 10 months old. I truly believe this is one of the reasons why she eats as much food as she does at 14 months old. There have been a few times that our packages have been either delayed in transit due to either winter weather or shipping manufacturer error in Little Spoon has always given credit towards those meals that never arrived in time in my family has truly appreciated their customer service team!

Such a wonderful company! We love the different foods that my little guy has been exposed to, and all the options as he has transitioned from purées to real food. Great for working parents to fill in the gaps on the off days we can’t cook, or just to use the pouches to supplement his snacks with nutritious ingredients, since he has been so picky. The company has also been amazing to deal with on the one-offs that we have had issues with deliveries. I’ve been a customer for 7 months and will continue to be.
