Actual people delivering old fashioned customer service

The most important thing for me was speaking to someone on the phone quickly without being in a queue. Kelly Ridgers was efficient and knowledgeable and did everything she said she would, when she said she would. They also got us the best price for our insurance and we did shop around fairly widely, so thank you Kelly.

Insurance for my Grade 2 listed cottage…

Insurance for my Grade 2 listed cob cottage has become more difficult over the last few years. Georgina East was very helpful in guiding me through the process of obtaining a rebuild valuation and finally obtained reasonable renewal quotation.

Home buildings and contents insurance

Home buildings and contents insurance: Alisha Oaten advisor.
I was a customer of Medical Money Management from 1978, who were local to me and gave me continued personal service. I was intially concerned when their business was taken over. However, I have had an excellent experience with Lloyd and White and specifically Alisha Oaten, who has been looking after my home insurance and contents needs. I hope that she will continue to do so for years to come as again I prefer that personal service. Alisha is highly competent, respectful, patient, easy to contact and takes time to explain the detail of the product and the reason for the pricing. I am currently very happy with the services of your company and especially Alisha, who is an excellent ambassador for Lloyd & White.

Would recommend Lloyd and Whyte

Alisha has supported my home insurance quotes over a number of years. She is on the ball, responds quickly and is able to answer any queries that I have succinctly, often in the same call. I feel like I get a personal experience from Lloyd and Whyte and that they are looking after my best interests.

Cancellation of Policy Due to Retirement

After many years of cover with Loyd Whyte the time came for retirement. I was halfway through the year with the policy. Sarah Marshall was very helpful on guiding me through what should be done and when in finishing the insurance with the business I had. She contacted when she said she would and efficiently arranged the outstanding refund for the remainder of the year

Quick and efficient service

Shannon was dealing with our travel insurance policy and very quickly dealt with a query regarding a medical clause that was no longer applicable which led to a reduction in our renewal - very good service.

Better than expected service

Because I was under a little pressure to amend a policy, and wasn't really getting anywhere. Dan Bond was knowledgable and sorted the policy amendment much quicker than I anticipated. He understood the issue, owned it and fixed it.

Having just renewed my house insurance I had the pleasure of dealing with Lucy & Adam who both were very nice & polite & went through everything with me & didn’t rush me & asked if I understood everything & if I didn’t it was no problem for them explain it again
They made the renewal very easy for me

Great service

We recently had some new equipment installed at our practice on a lease, and needed to confirm with the leasing company that the machinery was properly insured. Lloyd & White handled the entire process on our behalf — contacting both the insurance provider and the leasing company — and dealt with everything incredibly efficiently and professionally.

Their communication was clear and proactive throughout, and they resolved the matter quickly to ensure everything was in order without any delay to our operations. We’re really impressed with the level of service and support we received. A big thank you to the team at Lloyd & White for their excellent work!

Tireless effort from Alisha oaten

Unfortunately for me I found out that my annual renewal premium had gone about by almost 250% due to a generalised insurance industry reassessment of my risk category (I live on a 10 acre small holding with several outbuildings). Alisha Oaten worked tirelessly to get me the best deal possible within a tight deadline and was very understanding of my predicament.
