COMPLAINT on LN-CC poor customer service
This is a COMPLAINT on LN-CC poor customer service in never responding to me for a missing item for my order LN-EU-01641149. I ordered 3 items, namely a Prada s/s shirt (92% of the total order cost), a North Face T-shirt and a pair of North Face shorts. On 6 September 2025, UPS delivered to me a parcel. The ordered Prada s/s shirt was, however, missing inside. Sealed ugly by many weird tapes, the cartoon box was not an original one and seemed to have been altered / shortened ugly with loose / broken pieces of cartoon paper still inside. The white LN-CC bag therein had many dirty marks. I wrote immediately in detail with relevant photos to advise LN-CC of the missing Prada item problem. I further wrote to LN-CC on 11 & 16 September 2025 to follow up the case. However, I still have not received any response, not even an interim reply, after 18 days although I am a gold chameleon member of LN-CC. I am totally disappointed at this kind of no response and poor service.
As of now 25 September, I have not received your email of 16 September nor any resent email on this COMPLAINT subject. I always check my inbox and spam folders quite often and I just checked them again. Both your Store and Customer Care email addresses are in fact in my contact list for quite sometime. I have never received any emails from you in response to my complaint this time. You better check in detail what happened on your side and why all the mess in missing an item and not responding to me. As an unhappy customer, I’m quite dissatisfied.

I refer to my series of COMPLAINTs, since 6 September 2025, on a missing item problem of Order LN-EU-01641149. In a nutshell, I ordered 3 items at a total cost of €430.4, including a Prada striped s/s shirt (€396), a North Face T-shirt (€13.6) and a pair of North Face shorts (€20.8). On 6 September 2025, I received a UPS parcel containing the 2 North Face items only but the ordered Prada striped s/s shirt (92% of the total cost) was missing inside. The received cartoon box was weird and ugly packed. The white LN-CC bag, which had many dirty marks, was not suitable for packing garments. Therefore, I made a series of complaints but I received no reply. On 25 September 2025, a lady staff of LN-CC finally called me. As she requested, I obtained and submitted on 26 September 2025 a signed Form "CONSIGNEE DECLARATION" together with relevant details and photos to LN-CC online Chat facility for your follow-up with the courier. Another 17 days passed but there was still no reply (poor customer service again and very disappointed!). This case has dragged on for so long. If the missing item could not be located and found, I request that LN-CC fully refund me for €396 to my credit card account. Separately I have also raised a “CARDHOLDER’S DECLARATION OF DISPUTE” with the Standards Chartered Bank for necessary action.
Update on 11th November 2025:
Still not receiving any reply from LN-CC on my 7 email complaints since 6th September 2025.
Only a lady staff of LN-CC called me on 25th September 2025. As she requested, I immediately submitted via online Chat a Consignee Declaration form which basically set out again all the required details and photos which I had emailed previously to LN-CC. In view of no reply after another 17 days, I requested LN-CC on 13th October 2025 to refund €396 to me for the cost of the missing item. No reply yet.
This matter has dragged on for 67 days with no response from LN-CC!! I’m very disappointed and dissatisfied with LN-CC’s very poor customer service and inefficiency despite that I am their gold chameleon member.

I’ve ordered from LN-CC a couple of times now and every experience has been smooth. The website is easy to navigate and the selection is amazing, they carry brands that are often hard to find elsewhere. Shipping was quick, everything arrived well-packaged and in perfect condition.
I also reached out to customer service with a sizing question and they got back to me really fast with helpful advice. It feels like they genuinely care about the customer experience.
Overall, I’m super happy with LN-CC and will definitely keep shopping here.

Sent item that was not as described that was also badly tarnished.
With little customer care and replies when asked to send in proof of issue. When they say ‘we’ll get back to you’ - they never do.
Edit:
They replied nearly two weeks later: proof of issue sent on sept 5; reply on sept 19. Return item delivered to their facility on sept 12; refund on sept. 19. Received only partial refund even when item was received not as described/pictured and highly tarnished out of the box.

Site claims duties are included to usa which is A LIE. i received 2 customs & duties invoices from UPS in regards to 2 recent items i purchased from them. immediately contacted customer care and THEY ARE REFUSING TO HELP. their website CLEARLY states that they include al DUTIES and custom charges for USA; however UPS told me they did not pay for duties on the 2 packages i got so im being invoiced. IM being told sorry not our problem by this website which is clearly LYING about their duties and customs policy for usa. THEY ARE REFUSING TO CONNECT ME WITH A MANAGER AND I HOPE THIS REVIEW GETS THEIR ATTENTION DO THE RIGHT THING PAY WHAT YOU SAY YOU TAKE CARE OF !!!!
