Don’t bother wasting your time using this company. I was looking for a consolidation loan and went over all the debts I was looking to consolidate over 2 different calls over 2 days, wasting about 2/3 hours in total. For then at the very last part of the application (and after also being told I had been accepted for a loan), to be told I can’t consolidate debts under £1k! Baring in mind across 2 calls with 2 different colleagues I went through all the debts I was looking to consolidate and 4 out of 5 of these were under £1k. And at no point then was I told I couldn’t consolidate these because they were under £1k.

So they have had the information from the get go, and never thought to tell me I couldn’t actually do what I wanted. Incompetent and complete lack of awareness. Would look elsewhere if you are thinking about using this company.
