Quick with helping and they do pay.

I ran into a complicated technical issue that involved settings on my computer and other computer text problems on my end that made messages unreadable when I received them from Local Coin Swap and they could not be read when they received mine, making it impossible for me to sign in and access my account. I was able to get a part of a message through eventually. The tech gurus here couldn't find a fix but support at Local Coin did. They fixed it with little information to work with. I'm impressed.

I was trading in the platform, as someone is new to the world of crypto ,my trade partner tried to confuse me to steal my money but the Admin intervene and released my crypto to me as supposed, I almost lost hope for it.
Am recommending this platform in terms of reliability and trustworthiness. Am happy thank you for standing for the truth

Scammer tried to scam me but was quickly refunded by admin once they investigated

Dear all respected users of this site , I want to leave my gratitude reviews about the service of this site.I was encountered some problems with my phone verifications and request them for help.Amazingly they resolved and fixed my issues with in a minutes.Really , Iam very excited for their emmidiate service provided for me.They are incredible and Iam very happy with their service giving me so far with in my experience with them.The so far services I did get make me feel so confident with the services I will get in the future.

It seems Localcoinswap might be a scam. A trader on the platform placed funds in escrow, claimed to use the e-gift card after an hour, then stated it was already used. Despite my trust in Localcoinswap.com's staff to detect such tricks and protect users, they released the escrow to the scam artist, allowing them to get away with $200. I feel the staff intentionally aided the fraud, and Jx Chen from Shanghai, China, must be paying someone off. Why I feel the right to blame the site in the transcripts between this fraud the trader “ said wait use bro” after 15 minutes when this fraud did not release the escrow my pleasantness want to give this person the time to verify the funds. For the con to return after hour and claim it was used.

I will leave this for them. The customer service, I tried to trade with some individuals on P2P and those I have seen, I mean currently those I have opened trade with to buy from, basically asked me to pay first before funding the escrow and this is totally wrong. If I did so, they'd cancel the trade and I will never hear from them again. I have reported all of them and the team were fast enough to remove all of them within 6 hours. I applaud them for that. However, they should look for a more stricter way to ensure the buyers who are new are protected from these fraudsters and scammers. Thanks.

Too many scammers, the site has to do better in terms of making escrow funding mandatory before trade starts because no trader wants to fund escrow. They all ask that you send first which I don't recommend

The site is full of Nigerian scammers, they will never pay the escrow but they want you to pay first. The new traders especially

I had a scammer steal $7,200 from me account on this platform and received ZERO help from the support staff on this matter whatsoever. I reported this scammer and disputed the transaction prior to any funds being stolen from me, but the staff neglected this and the scammer was able to gain access to my account and very easily steal $7,200.

I continued to contact the support afterwards to warn them about the scammer who was using my account to attempt to scam other people and they continued to ignore me and mark every case as ‘resolved.’

This is a terrible platform with staff that are completely unhelpful and extremely easy to to scammed. Be careful!

The best trading site. Responsive customer support. This site is always updating to better user experiences. Ever since I join the site one year ago, they have made so much improvement for user engagement. Love it!!!! Highly recommended.

As an ex LocalBitCoin and Paxful trader I can confirm LocalCoinSwap is better in terms of support (when things go wrong) and the experience and interface is better also. It allows me as a trader to refuse suspicious trades and not autoaccept as with the other 2 P2Ps. Lots of great options and features too. Very surprised with this platform and I feel it is under advertised.

Yep. It’s my fault. I deliberately screwed everything up and lost $3,500. Stupid end user. Doesn’t reflect on their site or support at all. Great service recovery guys.

Similar experience. I set up account, first 2 trades completed for a total of $1500, was able to see in my wallet and send. Third trade completed for $2000, bullet points showed it complete - nothing in my wallet. Support said it was a problem with the email address in my profile not matching my login and that because of what I did, the funds were lost. I validated with support that my future transactions would now work. Executed a buy for $1500. Bullet points showed it complete. Didn't show in my wallet. Support had me link my login with my Google account. Once again, since I followed their directions, the funds were lost.
The client-side security might protect SOMEONE but certainly not me. It cost me $3500!!!
The lack of a password reset function is irresponsible and a total failure of site security design.
By the way. My password, which I had used all along and written down, no longer works.
