Dave in the Stamford branch was excellent. Super friendly and a quick service. Highly recommended.

This relates to the branch in DAVENTRY, NORTHANTS, on Saturday 24th Sept 22.
Had a warning light inform me that one tyre had dropped pressure whilst driving through the area. Dropped into this branch on the off-chance expecting to wait or be told I had to book. Not at all! They had me drive straight in, and within 25 minutes the nail had been removed, tyre repaired, wheel refitted, very reasonable bill paid, and we were back on our way.
Every single member of the team was polite, personable, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to do business with, a credit to your company.

Big thank you to the lodge tyre team from the immingham depot. Ash made me feel welcomed and valued and even though I live in Louth I won’t be going anywhere else for tyres again in the future. Thanks again!

Had my MOT at the Stamford branch. Dave the manager is excellent. Always transparent on necessary jobs and costs. Keeps you informed and never does unnecessary work. I trust them to do a good job and would recommend them.

Got tires mounted on atv the price was so much cheaper then the local atv shops great service good all around Experience

I used their website to look for a tyre for my VW T5 van. I was given serveral options. I telephoned the St Helens depot to see if they had them in and could they fit me in. The guy told me the ones suggested were car tyres. I told him I had a van and gave him my reg number. He then suggested a tyre and I asked for one with better noise and fuel ratings. He suggested Continental. I agreed and arranged to come in the next day at 10:30. I got there at 10:20 and was told there was an hour wait, I asked the fitter if my tyres were in so I didn't have to wait for nothing. He found two Contintental tyres in the stack and checked them against my van. He came back and told me I had given them the wrong size as they were not suitable. I told him the guy on the phone ordered them after me giving him my van reg. I walked away and will never return to them.

I had a 2 Tyre blow out with a truck They were with me on Friday evening within less than half an hour absolutely fabulous

Recently had an emergency flat tyre and drove into the Peterborough Newark Road branch . The guys were so helpful and replaced my tyre sensor while I waited . I had emergency appointment so was so relieved. They showed and explained to me exactly what they had to do . Thank you for an excellent service and to the lady on the desk who displayed understanding.

Great service today from the guys at Lodge Tyre in Immingham on a last minute issue. Got me straight in no problem and staff were a pleasure. Big thanks to Ash for all his help he went above and beyond. Will definitely be returning for tyres in future. I don’t usually leave reviews but was very happy with this service all round. Keep it up. Thank you.

Rang with a nail in my tyre, got me sorted straight away and nothing was of too much trouble. Would recommend Lodge Tyres Immingham.

The guys at Immingham lodge tyre are the best in the area in my experience.
They go way beyond what I would reasonably expect from a tyre shop and they will have a good conversation with you if they aren't rushed off their feet busy. Top notch set of lads.

Hopeless, ordered some tyres a week prior to fitting due to not getting much time off work.
Arrived to find they had ordered the wrong size.
Managment looks like they have changed and not for the better.
Never had any problems with the lad that used to be in charge

I’ve been tailgated by one of your drivers in Shirley tonight. It was extremely close and uncalled for. When I slowed down to give them a hint to back off, they tried to overtake me until they realised they were going to hit a pelican crossing and pulled back in. They still continued to be too close.
I suggest you put your drivers on a road safety course before you let them drive a van with your logo on. Atrocious behaviour.

the company I work for use lodge, they always say should be there 60 to 90 mins but as usual I've been sat on m40 for 2 and a half hours still no fitter.. this is normal it would appear,why they don't just tell you the truth is beyond me 5 out of 6 times over the last few years has always been 2 to 3 hrs except once they made it in just over an hour

Your driver just tailgated me for half a mile, then did about 60mph so he could overtake me in a 40 zone. I was going at the speed limit the whole time. No need and reflects poorly on your company. 9:30pm Friday 7th May on A49 going from Winwick to Newton.

Excellent staff and service from the Bootle depot, I will definitely be using them again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.
