Good experience from start to finish. The product is sturdy, does exactly what it says, and straightforward to fit with the instructions and videos - perfect for raising the floor in our loft so we could fit in more insulation for our EPC. Items came as ordered and arrived in a couple of days.

I had to contact the company a couple of times, once with a question and once to arrange to return some items (my fault: I'd mismeasured). Each time they came back quickly and with helpful responses.

I am in the process of updating the insulation and storage capacity in my loft. LoftZone has proven to be an ideal product for me. The website was easy to follow, with both kits and individual components available to fit the space I have. There are on-line video-tutorials to explain its fitting and ideals for fitting variable spaces. The items I ordered were dispatched promptly and arrived in good order. I would thoroughly recommend it to anyone needing to increase loft insulation to modern requirments.

Website ordering was straight forward and easy, exceptional delivery time, was quoted 7 to 10 days but was delivered in 3.
The product was easy to fit, I'm an experienced diy'er and engineer in my day job. Firstly measure out the spacing for the supports and fit, fit the brace beams and then the flooring and with the kit I purchased no need for cutting either.

Great system. Really easy to work with. Quick to install. Couldn't be simpler.

Ordered a 3.6m2 kit which was very easy online delivery was prompt. Kit itself is a great idea. However it appears to only have been designed for new build with 400 t0 600mm spaced joists. In my 1960s house they are closer to 520mm so had to adjust by cutting down some of the metal rails thus losing some space. If loft zone could come up with a kit for older houses it would be 5 stars

Good website - Easy to order the items I need at a competitive price, too. The order was delivered in a reasonable time, and the products are great. We needed loft shelving and so ordered the brackets and boards. They are really easy to install and are just what we need. Thank you.

Really easy to fit for any DIYer and does the job well

The product is excellent, 5 stars for that. (Didn't purchase boards, cheaper to buy sheet locally.) Product enables full depth of insulation and is quick to fit, much better than timber cross bracing altenative. Screw fixing avoids nails and thus the risk of cracking to ceiling below.
Unfortunately the order processing took longer than order acceptance email suggested and I never received an email advising despatch. After a few days chased order up, became worried because fitting date had been arranged. Was advised by a polite and understanding customer service guy that order hadn't yet been processed and that I would receive an email when it was. He suggested that I ring again the following afternoon if no email, to confirm that order had been processed and advising a despatch date, was received the following day. 7AM the next day I did receive an email, but from DPD advising delivery was that morning between 09:30-10:30. Fortunately was able to be at home to receive the delivery, so luckily this wasn't a problem for me, but lack of despatch advice from Loftzone could be for others. Would be a major problem if no one was at home and left outside because all the fittings are packed in cardboard and so wouldn't stand getting wet. So sadly this means cannot rate at the full 5 stars that the product alone deserves.

I ordered direct from the Loftzone webpage and the items arrived within a few days, the delivery company sent emails to keep me informed about the delivery.
This is the first time I have used the product, it is a great product, lightweight, easy to handle and straightforward to install.
I'm very pleased with the end result, I now have a nice storage area within my loft, which is insulated to the required regulations.

Used Loftzone in my previous house. Recently moved and wanted to increase insulation in the loft. Bought the loftzone kit, boards and insulation. Everything was delivered very quickly on one pallet. Courier contacted me to advise delivery date. Product is very easy to install and very sturdy. Have the advantage to extend if required also. Would highly recommend. Thanks again.

Have just received my second order as I needed a few extra stilts. I'm finding them easy to fit and sturdy, they have made quite an improvement to the loft area.

I contacted Loftzone prior to purchase as my joist spacing is 1m, and recieved very prompt and helpful support. Based on this I bought enough for a small area.

Arrived well packaged, and the install was very straightforward. I found the content on YouTube a good guide when in doubt. Very happy with the rigidity of the finished platform.

Great product, delivered as promised at a time that suited us. Customer Service was excellent contacted us to make delivery arrangements and accommodated our request as we would not be available on the original date. Thank you, if only everything in life was so straight forward.

Easy to order. Didn't get the call from the courier about delivery so had a 0720 delivery which was lucky husband home bit the courier was very nice and we had a pallet. Easy to fit, the tips were useful. Screws okay if you have the right equipment (variable torque). Looks good and sturdy. Very happy.

Our loft is 1m from ridge pole to ceiling joist. After the insulation we have 80cm to crawl around in which is obviously restricted. The fitting of the system was very restricted and therefore lengthy and quite challenging as the roof is 17m long. However what an enormous transformation. at least we can now "get there" wherever there is to sort out wasps nests and rodent infestations as they happen. Loft zone were very helpful as we can only have a 60cm wide "crawl way" and explained how to achieve that by bracing from the rafters. Overall a huge weight off our minds being able to access the space easily and the returns process for unused parts is a really good idea. Thanks Loft Zone.

Bought the parts individually as none of the pre-made kits would have fitted my odd space in an 1880s loft space. Installed a 1.8m x 2.4m space, including top up insulation and boards in about an hour which I felt was very quick and was easy for myself as a competent DIYer using a laser to line up the rails. End platform with boards installed feels strong. Would buy again if I ever need another. Had a few delivery woes but didn't deduct a star as the product itself was good!

If I were to suggest an improvement it would be the same as other reviewers - better visual/video installation instructions for older properties.

The previous occupants of our house had installed shelving in the loft but it was not particularly secure and was splitting/bowing badly. The Loftzone product looked robust and well priced so I purchased enough to replace the old shelving on one side of the loft. The order was swiftly processed and delivered when promised. It is simplicity itself to install and much quicker (and not that much more expensive) than making my own shelves as I had originally intended. The resulting shelves are secure, robust and good for more years than I have left! I am so happy I am ordering another set to replace the old shelves on the other half of the loft and thoroughly recommend the product and company.
