STAY AWAY! worst experience ever. Flight was over 5 hours late from Manchester to Aberdeen. Been waiting for my delay compensation claim for 3 months now and still not paid. They don't even reply to me after so many emails and calls.

Absolutely zero focus on the customer - dreadful. If you can fly with anyone else i recommend you do.
I had a flight cancelled which marooned me in Jersey. Loganair could not have cared less, instead encouraging me to go elsewhere rather than trying to find a solution to my problem. Ended up accepting a flight 24 hours later that landed 100 miles from my car

Loganair has a unique talent for taking a decent flight experience and destroying it with one of the most hostile “customer support” departments in the UK. If you value your time or your loyalty points, think twice.
*** 1. The "35-Day" Vanishing Act ***
Most airlines aim to resolve issues in 24–48 hours. Loganair’s automated response often proudly states they aim to reply within 35 days. In the modern travel industry, a month-long silence is not a "backlog", it’s a total abandonment of customer care. When they do finally reply, the staff appear trained to be as obstructive and unhelpful as possible.
*** 2. The Avios "Steal": Loganair is stricter than BA, Qatar and Aer Lingus ***
Loganair’s transition to Avios has been used as a smokescreen to wipe out customer loyalty and steal Avios from customers which the airline keeps as profit.
• The 12-Month Expiry Trap: Unlike almost every other Avios partner, Loganair will zero out your balance if you don't book within 12 months.
• Contradictory T&Cs: If you ask for points to be reinstated, you’ll be refused and referred to their T&Cs. However, Loganair’s T&C’s are a mess, with clause 3.5 clearly stating that points expire after 36 months, whereas contradictory clause 3.9 states they will expire after 12 months of inactivity. When challenged on this ambiguity, Loganair is unable to explain the contradiction.
• Zero Transparency: They moved from a fair loyalty scheme (Clan) to this restrictive one without clearly alerting customers, effectively "stealing" years of earned points through fine-print technicalities.
*** 3. Marketing Incompetence & Web Errors ***
The digital experience is a shambles:
• Spamming: The marketing team is a mess. They even saw fit to bombard customers with emails on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. That’s not "engagement"; it’s harassment.
• Outdated Info: The website is riddled with legacy information and missing essential passenger guidance. Even when the incorrect information has been highlighted to the customer support team, it remains months and years later.
*** Final Verdict ***
The Director of Customer Service is presiding over a department that views passengers as a nuisance rather than an asset. Until Loganair stops hide-and-seeking behind a 35-day response window and fixes their predatory Avios expiry rules, I recommend taking your business elsewhere (which I appreciate isn’t possible on the majority of routes).
*** Note to the Loganair Social Media Monitor (JH or other): ***
Don’t bother with a “please don’t hesitate to reach out to us directly via our Help Centre using the link below”, it’s meaningless.

I was so happy when I saw that there were flights between Southampton and Manchester as I have to go there for work and the train is now fun. My two experiences over the last couple of months have squashed this . First experience both out bound and inbound delayed by around an hour. My flight this Monday had a technical fault which meant they had to send a new plane from Glasgow so we were delayed over 2.5 hours . Now this is just one of those things but our experience at Manchester was awful , well over an hour to get our bags from the hold. So me trying to "save time" by not getting the train was an 8 hour experience door to door. Ever the optimist I have booked in April for the new timetable with the vain hope of managing to go there and back to Manchester within a working day so I can avoid being away from my family for a night ..after my experiences I am aware I am probably going to be disappointed but let's see ...

Short hop from Jersey to Southampton, first time with Logan Air, I had a perfectly hassle-free trip, and both the check-in chap and cabin crew were very friendly. I used the app without difficulty, including having to cancel a flight and reschedule.

My daughter has spent the best part of 2 days trying to book flights for her and her children.
The web site is not accepting her Island resident card for her discount.
Everything she has tried to do on the Web site to rectify this has not worked.
Logan air need looked into by the Ombudsman. It's very upsetting for people to have to go through all this.

My flight got cancelled after several hours of waiting. Needed to book myself on a flight for the following day. Additionally, I needed lunch, dinner, a hotel room, and breakfast before I finally got on a plane. Completed the compensation form the day after, and I'm still waiting for my money to be returned, almost 3 months on. Despite several calls and emails, I still haven't received a courtesy response from the airline, let alone any mention of compensation.

I flew on the jet plane from Aberdeen to Manchester. It was a very good flight, it was on time and no delays and the flight attendant was very helpful and friendly. The only thing was was that there was not many drink/snack options. But I'd definitley recomend it! It has made me want to work for Loganair now.

Rubbish. I arranged a whole weekend trip based on the flights chosen, including car rental and activities. Then my mid-day flight that suited everything else was cancelled. Worse of all, I was told that I wasn't entitled to a refund even "Please Note:
You will only be entitled to a refund if this change moves your flight to a different day, you can no longer complete a day-return trip, or if your flight departure or arrival time changes by +/- 5 hours". Rubbish service

Cancelled flight 30-60mins before departure with minimal instructions on how to proceed at airport. Stuck in airport and incurred additional expenses for nothing. Followed refund process. Told me it was resolved and 3 weeks (and 7th person) later, they now say claim wasn’t submitted correctly. I provided entire email trail and they still try to blame me. Rather than provide proper resolution for a service that I paid for and they didn’t provide, they continue to argue with customers and then ask them to redo everything again. I also asked them to give me a reason for cancellation (just for my info) and they refused to even do that. Worst airline.

Evening flight from London to Dundee on 1st December 2025 was cancelled. Have claimed statutory compensation plus expenses incurred, but despite 3 E mails, have not had any response from them.

The website is extremely difficult to navigate and because you have to try several times the prices escalate! It’s the worst website I’ve ever encountered

Booked a return trip to Edinburgh via GoToGate with the return leaving at 14:55. We received 2 subsequent emails stating that we had been bumped first to the 12:40 return flight and then to the 08:35am flight. Over 6 hours change without the option to accept/refuse the change. We also noted that our original return flight no longer exists so in effect, Loganair cancelled that service.
Despite numerous calls to GoToGate and Loganair, no-one provided any help to either book a later flight or cancel the return - both of which we are entitled to do. We are now £550 out of pocket with no-one giving a damn about it. Appalling customer service. No doubt Loganair will blame GoToGate, who in turn are blaming Loganair. Either way, I will never use either of these companies again.

Spending 250 quid to come and get told your flight is delayed but they don’t know what time until. So you come to airport at the original time just to then spend hours waiting in the airport and if that wasn’t exciting enough, standing in a freezing cold bus in the middle of winter for another 45 mins. Don’t know what time we’re leaving still, so probs standing here even longer! all that money for a flight just over an hour . Let’s hope they remember we are still on the bus so eventually we can at least take the very expensive flight and stop the military stress training.

Flight in October was significantly delayed and I complained and requested compensation; customer services then claimed to have no record of hearing from me, only to offer the minimum compensation which has been paid months later. Staff lack empathy and basic courtesy and I got the impression the left hand doesn’t know what the right is doing. Only giving one star cos not possible to give no stars, I note the majority of customers are dissatisfied, I will not fly with this mob again

Booked a flight in November from Jersey to Guernsey as LoganAir said they were THE BEST. What a load of bollocks!! Arrived in Jersey to board the 12.25pm flight - sitting in departures lounge with the other passengers. At departure time they advise us all that flight cancelled - please go back and we will be placed onto the 14.30pm flight - well that was also cancelled and so was the 19.00pm flight. NO COMPENSATION, NO EXPLANATION OR CARE AT ALL AND NOW BECAUSE IT WAS JERSEY THEY SAY THEY WILL NOT COMPENSATE FOR A NIGHT IN THE HOTEL AND ALL THE OTHER COSTS INCLUDING REBOOKING ONTO ANOTHER CARRIER!!!!! Even after the airport manager Ian said they would if you pay and claim!! Bunch of fraudsters - DO NOT USE THEM!!!
Update **** I post this review and suddenly I get an email from Loganair asking me to please send mail them with all the details - so I did that 6 days ago and NOTHING - not even a response to say they are not interested!! I rest my case Loganair - you really are the worst!

Disgusted with how they handled
The latest disruptions. They cancelled
Our flights on 2nd form Dublin to
Aberdeen. They rebooked on 4th. They then cancelled again and refused to
Rebook us on any
Flights or help. We were and are still stranded trying to get home. They stopped replying to Swiss as Swiss tried emailing them as I had to go to the airport. They refused to rebook a hotel or book another flight stating they got
Too many cancellations. They left me and my husband and my children who have disabilities stranded and switched of their lines. We are still not home now as do not have the funds to get home. Will be taking this further and you can see from the reviews they are useless.
Never using again.
