Complete and utterly unreliable. Tried over 60 times to get through to their customer service. Answering machine every time. Left messages for people to call me back. No call. Absolute rubbish. They were delivering on behalf of a retailer who was completely let down. Don't use.

I was expecting a parcel for today and although they gave me 1 hour delivery slot, the problem started when tracking my parcel on their web, first it says that driver was on his way and how many stops he had to do before mine, and then that service stopped working, so I decided to activate the option where they send you a message when the driver is one stop away, which I never received. Also since I wasn't going to be at home because the parcel shouldn't have been delivered today but tomorrow, I try to activate the option, left to a neighbor, but doesn´t allow you to enter which neighbor you want it to be delivered so very useless, finally when outside the house and talking to my neighbor to alert him about a parcel arriving soon, DHL van arrived without text notification. I wouldn´t recommended.

I haven't had a problem with DHL. I can't say that about many other couriers. Good email notifications and reliable deliveries with no losses or damages (so far).

They lose a star because they don't appear to offer a delivery window, just "by end of day", so effectively you have to set aside a whole day in order to wait in for your parcel. Other courier companies offer a one hour delivery window with information on where the driver is - even who he/ she is! - and DHL are a big enough corporation to do the same.
