They sent me the wrong item and now they are ignoring my emails.

Ordered chain tensioner for Brompton
But the item was not delivered on time ,next day £10 extra ,
After sending an email the company said that the delivery company tried to deliver but I was unavailable so will redeliver on the Monday next week , I was in all morning and waited in specially , so not good as was needed this week
Think London craft work needs to look at the delivery company they use who are not truthfully doing their job and makeing them look bad

After One month, my brompton's bag is still in UK, with no explanation from the company. It was a Christmas gift, bit it will never arrive on time They're not relayable, don't buy anything from them.

I purchased a Brompton bike rack from this company, however after only two months it had broken to the point where it couldn't be used (three parts of it had snapped off and the wheels were heavily deformed). When I contacted the company about the poor quality the response was terrible - ignoring all calls and emails. I would suggest avoiding London Craftwork and searching for a supplier with better products and customer service.
