I'm very pleased with the items I ordered.
I'm very pleased with the items I ordered, namely Arches watercolourpaper and Dr Martins bleed proof white and each product was discounted in price. The order was a little slower to dispatch than other suppliers, but that said, the postage was free due to my spending over £30 and arrived well packaged. I highly recommend London Graphics Centre for selling good value high quality artists products.

I ordered 3 canvas. Price was excellent and they arrived in tip top condition. There was a minor issue with delivery times which was sorted by the customer service team. All in all I'm pleased with my experience.

Mixed Experience - Great Selection but Order Fulfillment Needs Improvement
Pros:
• Excellent selection of hard-to-find items (especially Copic markers)
• User-friendly website with intuitive ordering system
• Responsive customer service
• Efficient refund process when issues arise
Areas for Improvement:
• Order fulfillment accuracy needs attention - both my orders were incomplete
• Having to contact customer service for missing items is inconvenient
Despite the ordering issues, I continue to shop here due to their unique product selection. The website is well-designed and easy to navigate. When problems occur, their customer service team is helpful and processes refunds promptly.
However, the shop should improve their order picking and packing process to ensure all items are included in the initial shipment. This would eliminate the need for customers to follow up about missing items.
Would recommend with the caveat that customers should carefully check their deliveries upon receipt.

Found this lovely company on the internet. The product I ordered was the best price on the internet plus free postage. It came beautifully wrapped and boxed. They despatched it quickly. It was a gift for my husband who loved it. I ordered him a two drawer Bisley filing cabinet in white. The filing cabinet is well made (not flimsy as some cheaper makes can be), the lock is really good as is the overall size. As a first time buyer with this company I can very much recommend them.
