Terrible packaging, never ordering again
I had X2 bags of Coco bags ordered, you shipped one in a box and the other in a plastic bag. I came home and the plastic bag was at my apartment front door ripped open....if it had been shipped in a box like the other now one would have tried to open it and see inside. Not making any more orders from now on....

Second time in a row my order was…
Second time in a row my order was messed up. Last time they sent me half the amount. Fair enough it was sorted but this time they sent bags of powdered feed that was like bricks because the bags had been sliced through. I'm never using these again. Once is fair enough but the very next time things are sliced up. It seems a bit suspicious to me to be honest.

Thanks for taking the time to pass on your feedback. We've had a look into this and we would not have sent the product out in this condition. The parcel looks to be free from damage in the proof of delivery image, indicating the bag was sliced when opening the parcel. The part A of the powdered feed you have ordered is always more solid than the part B bags.
Excellent square plant saucers
I ordered 3 large square pot saucers. these very robust, a good size, and nice and deep. Will order from this company again.
