This company just ignored my request for delivery I had my items delivered with items missing I messaged London grow had one reply that they will look in to this but received no reply back yet

Very affordable pots but very sturdy and strong which makes bulk buying easier. Delivery was within about 4 days which was amazing

My X stream aeroponic propagator arrived in a timely fashion. I discovered that one of the spray heads was not working properly, contacted London Grow and a new head arrived the next day.
The system works well and in less than a week, in October, roots are appearing on some of my cuttings.

order arrived on time and all works how it should, well packaged, great prices and quick delivery received within 2 days of placing order.

Tried to return an item, received a mail stating that my request would be reviewed and I would receive further notification. 1 week passed so I emailed customer service for an update. Still waiting London Grow

Made an order with London Grow and was contacted shortly after informing me that I had made a mistake with my order and was guided to buy the correct equipment for my set up. As this was my first time buying growing equipment I have since found out that I will soon need to upgrade a part and buy some extra bits. I will not hesitate to shop here again in the future. Just a hassle free transaction

I had X2 bags of Coco bags ordered, you shipped one in a box and the other in a plastic bag. I came home and the plastic bag was at my apartment front door ripped open....if it had been shipped in a box like the other now one would have tried to open it and see inside. Not making any more orders from now on....
