The App was Crap “Failed Twice”
Considering it’s 2026 and you have your phone working fine and you are using The London pass and suddenly the App positioned strategically placed on your phone decided to go AWOL and OMG stone the crows and happened to me twice and I had to remember the sequence of what I had lined up bloody ridiculous and I booked The Shard but the only date i could get was on the last day of my 5 day pass in the late afternoon “Seriously don’t bother”

Besides being easy to use, the attractions included are the best and most popular. And without a doubt, by purchasing the London Pass, the price is about half of what you would pay for each attraction individually.

A bad apple in the bunch
The Big Bus sightseeing company that the London Pass has partnered with is pretty bad - limited hours, lack of necessary staffing. Otherwise, the experience of using the pass was as advertised

7 Day Pass
We were in London for a week and were able to see so much. We didn’t pack our days and still saved money. We did a few things we probably wouldn’t have if they weren’t on the London Pass. Entry worked well every where we went, no issues.
