I need an EICR report and came across London Property Inspections online. Since I wasn’t entirely comfortable booking the service online due to time pressure, I called their customer service. Allison was incredibly helpful, she quickly understood my requirements, arranged a same day visit, and ensured I received the report in under two hours after the electrician's visit. True to her promise, she delivered on the same day, exceeding my expectations.

Rehman, an absolute gem, even went the extra mile (literally!) by picking up the keys from my estate agent, located about a mile from the job site. He followed my instructions and did the job on time.

Their professionalism and efficiency made the entire process seamless and most importantly for me, within the timelines. Highly recommend!

Alison and Becky in customer service were very professional and helpful. I had to change plans with PAT testing several times and they were always accommodating and prompt to re book. The are also very competitively priced. I will use them again in future.

We required EICRs for five flats and a communal area, and all were inspected and reports provided in a timely manner, with a range of options for the various remedial work require, at pretty competitive prices.

The whole process was seemless right from the website to speaking with the lady on the phone who booked me in. The surveyor called me well in advance and informed me for when he will arrive and arrived promptly and was super professional and swift in his inspections. Highly recommended this team. Booked a fire risk assessment.
Inspector spent less than 15 minutes at property and was more worried about getting a parking ticket than seeking information or making any measurements on the property to see what regulations the building falls under.
The resulting report was filled with errors and suggestions made that are not required by the post Grenfell Tower fire regulations.
Multiple emails over multiple weeks were ignored showing the errors in their report. Still seeking an updated report covering the required changes for fire risk assessment.

Update 31/10/24: After chasing every 12 hours for days I got on a phone call. Having chased repeatedly after the self imposed deadline passed. I had a brief conversation with someone who was full of confidence and without the relevant understanding of the fire laws covering the building in question.
The person was mixing up different laws for different types of buildings, different years, laws that covered buildings at different heights.
In my retort I quoted all each section of each law for the correct year of legislation that covers the building. The person I spoke to did not review the laws and sections which I quoted and did not possess the relevant knowledge to engage in proper discussion.
They are issuing a refund.
Google "fire risk assessment gov.uk" to first do your own assessment. Read and understand the laws to be prepared for people who use this as a sales tool based upon confidence alone.
