We enjoyed our stay. The arrangements made by London Serviced Apartments were seamless. Thank you!
Mayfair's house location is ideal! We loved the intimacy of the street,
the resteraunts and cafes in the neighbourhood and the proximity to
the parks, to central sights and to the ubway. The apartment is lovely,
very comfortable and clean. The hotel's service is excellent, the staff
(in particular Kate nd Joseph) has been most kind and helpful! We regretted
the fact that there has been nooutside view from the apartment.
Thanks to another company renaging on a confirmed apartment booking at the last minute I was in desperate need at short notice to find an alternative apartment for 2 nights.
London Serviced Apartments couldn't have been more helpful. They were attentive, responsive and very friendly. I was offered a choice of apartments and chose one which suited to my needs.
London Serviced Apartments shall be my first port of call for apartments in London in the future.
Great location. Flat was clean and modern. We had a flat facing the back garden which was very quiet. Staff were very helpful.
The booking service from London Serviced Apartments was quite smooth - but the quality of the Go Native serviced apartment (Hoxton) was quite poor. The apartment was really noisy (from traffic, sirens and late night partying in clubs and on the street). We would not choose to stay at that property again. It requires much better sound-proofing to justify its price.
We have used London Serviced Apartments as a booking agency for many years. It is a good service and we’d use them again. Just never for this property (Go Native Hoxton).
I stayed at the America Square apartments and it was beautiful and centrally located. Couldn't be happier with the accommodations! Would recommend the apartment to my friends.
The apartment is in excellent location with a very pleasant neighborhood. We were nicely received the day we arrived. The personnel at the reception were helpful and hospitable.
Regarding the apartment itself it's comfortable, agreeable and well ventilated, but there were some issues that need to be looked at.
1. The kitchen isn't fully equipped as mentioned in the website.
There is no dishwasher.
The cutlery isn't up to standard. They aren't from the same set.
The deep freezer isn't cold enough, so we couldn't buy frozen food. If you raised the cooling the food would get slightly frozen in the lower shelf of the fridge and still the freezer isn't cold enough to keep the food frozen.
2. The water pump is very noisy and sometimes when the neighbors opened their taps it sounded in our apartment.
3. The hot water didn't function several times but we complained and it was repaired.
4. The drainage in the tub wasn't good, we complained and it was repaired.
5. The internet connection was really very bad. We only had connection in the bedroom, which was really disturbing. We complain but nothing was done for that.
6. The apartment was cleaned as mentioned but the cleaning could be better.
I would not give it a star at all, the place had mice , cracked counter tops , curtains that were too long for the windows , loose shelf in the bathroom , along with the mouse traps left around , a very unpleasant stay.

I have known Roy and Marcel for a very long time and they are very professional persons and they always book the right apartments and true to their word with the descriptions
As for Melia White House Also I would recommend these apartments to my friends and business person because Melia is excellent and give best services
the house had a severe leak in the kitchen with water flooding in through the roof
Hi, it was an extremely pleasant experience spending our holidays in London for 16 days at 162 Gloucester Place through the London Serviced Apartments. Would like to make a special mention of one of the agents from London Serviced Apartments, Izzy, with whom I had interacted during selection, confirmation and also arranging an alternate apartment to suit my requirements. The stay in London was memorable and we would look forward to visit again and enjoy the hospitality of the staff and the apartments of London Serviced Apartments.
Spent a good time there. Very well located, close to the train, tube and bus. Also close to the shopping area!!!! Staff from Marlin were very welcome and helpful. The only (but quite important to notice) issue was the proximity with the train (apartment has a direct view on the rails tracks). Consequence: some noise early and late in the day.
Great location and clean and spacious apartment.
Beds were fine. But could use a comfortable underpad if you wanted to make them better. Dishwasher was a bit suspect as it did not fit the plates.
With the help of London Serviced Apartments, Ltd., (especially Izzy!), we were able to have a wonderful apartment for 5 nights, that really gave my family a unique experience. We were not only close to a few underground stops so we could get anywhere, but we where in a lovely neighborhood, away from the tourists, allowing us another insight to what makes London so wonderful! Traveling with 3 teenage children, the apartment gave everyone a space and place to relax.
Great location, walking to a lot of London attractions, very comfortable beds, good space. It could use some update to carpet (maybe hard wood floor), and maybe some charming pictures around. Also the hot water in the bathroom shower was mostly cold.
Excellent location, super nice apartment perfectly equipped, clean and tidy. Lots of restaurants and pubs near by as well as many tourist attractions.
The apartments are really nice and on a great location!
we enjoy staying there every time and we will repeat it during our next visit in London.
Bad impression : the extra charge of 2% for paying with credit card
Moved us to another apartment with a bad exuse. Charged us double, got refunded after a week

Poor communication, misleading information - I selected my apartment from the LSA website and inquired on details. Email communication was painful - lacking details and repeatedly unanswered specific questions, I finally called from California. Not much better. I finally just stopped asking questions.
LSA webpage for the apartment building is grossly misleading - highlighting only the penthouse unit and its features, not the majority of the apartments. LSA never provided any additional information on my specific unit so I assumed the detailed list and photos on their site was applicable to all apartments. So many items were not actually in my apartment such as dishwasher, washer/dryer, hairdryer. The general living space wasn't as displayed in the photos. The listed free wifi never worked, for 12 days, and in fact, no internet is available in the unit - free, paid, wired or otherwise. Very frustrating and difficult to work around. LSA was unsympathetic. I will not work with them again.
Pretty good at responding in a timely manner, but doesn't really help problem solve or track down information - e.g., photos, amenities, etc. Will pass emails back and forth between you and the provider, but doesn't help to clarify your questions or get you what you need. You'll have to do most of the work
