We had a great 10 ⎌night stay in this spacious 2 bedroom apartment. Great location (Wimbledon) with plenty of shops, bars and restaurants only a few minuites walk away.
Also secure parking was a bonus albeit very small. The staff were so helpful as our car is a very large 4x4 and they arranged for us to use a wider parking bay as soon as it became available. Quite close to railway line and trains noisy but we soon got used to this. The cleanliness of the apartment was disappointing. Not much attention taken on cleaning the floors and previous tenants crumbs, food etc that was lodged in the sides of sofa and chair!! I would definitely stay again 😀

We had a nice family holiday n an apartment around South Kennsibgton recently. The apartment was well fitted out, modern and clean but the best thing was the location. With Hyde Park not far away, we really took advantage to get the kids outside. Staff were responsible to our requests - would recommend.

I booked two one bedroom apartments for a work trip in the same building, the instructions were easy to follow, the apartment was in a great clean and safe environment, close to tube and supermarket. great stay.

We found the cleaner and maintenance staff very good. Bed uncomfortable but good apartment. Would recommend it.

We have used this company many times too book apartment rentals in various cities and they've been good to us every time.

Although you deal with individuals the service offered does not differ with any standard booking website. They have no influence and limited communication with their listed properties

Was used for 3 staff who had business in Central London, Location was perfect, pricing was reasonable and apartments were ideal.
Using London Services Apartments was a lot more practical than using a hotel.

In general the experience was good. My biggest irritation was that I requested a specific apartment and the day before travel was sent details of another apartment in the vicinity. This had been changed without notification or prior consultation. I had to query this change twice before being told the apartment I requested was 'out of service' although it was available when I booked?

Other recommendation would be to include the 'grocery pack' in the fees because when you arrive late the last thing you want to do is find a grocery store to shop. One of the other apartment groups that I have used before include this when you arrive - very basic but certainly helps.

The other thing included in the apartment that I have previously used is washing machine pods/powder and tablets for the dishwasher - limited but reasonable amount. To only supply 1 means that even if you are staying for a short period (one week/ two weeks) you need to buy a full box which is costly and wasteful.

But all in all the apartment is in clean and functional which was fantastic, thank you.

We were at 44 Curzon Street. Central location, pleasant rooms, good service. Very helpful desk. Now if they only could do something about the weather.

The process of booking was very smooth. All queries were answered promptly and in a very helpful and friendly manner

We stayed in a 2 bed flat in West Hampstead. Very modern apartment, well equipped (even though limited dishes: forks, plates etc...), comfortable beds... We really enjoyed our stay. The only negative point was the lack of info regarding our arrival that we just got once in London... A bit of service and information would have been much appreciated such as booking confirmation, contact numbers, meeting point for example...

It was very easy to choose the Apartment on line and the descriptions given were apt. The Reservations Agent Marcel Mckenzie was very professional, helpful and approachable.

The staff are very pleasant to speak with and arranged a modern apartment in a super location for me.

My last minute request was arranged so easily for me which took the stress away because I didn't have time to do it myself. Got a fabulous apartment and it happened to be on special offer so I can't complain. I'd easily book again.

Good location. Close to Edgware Road and Paddington stations. The flat was comfortable, spacious and everything worked well. Easy check in and check out. Not the first time that I booked a flat with them. Certainly recommend.

Apartment was in walking distance to all amenities, with a short tube ride into central London.

The booking and arrival process were seamless. Nicole was very responsive.

The fact that arrival was seamless was a real advantage as I had concern after arrival after a long flight that it would not be ready. There was a promise of a welcome tray which was not in the room.

The apartment was clean and very functional. Its location was ideal for my purposes. The amenities (save as set out below) were good and met my expectations

Issues that need to be addressed are - the wifi was slow and only worked properly in the main room. Even then it did not enable documents to be downloaded. The ironing board was a joke and the fry pan was old and should not have been available for use.

Save for the above issues, I would recommend the apartments to other visitors. However, the lack of functionality of the wifi is an issue that I will confirm in advance in the future.

Great apartments in great locations. Company very easy to deal with.

Would have rated higher had the aircon been working. We should have been offered a part refund because of it. Staff were very helpful though and anything we needed was delivered promptly. Loved the modern bathroom with the huge shower. Great having Tesco so close.

This is my second time using this service and both times have been very positive. Booking the apartment was very easy.

The only thing is that some of the items listed as being included on the website about the apartment were not included (I.e., welcome grocery pack, and the rate for the WiFi, was slightly higher than advertised).
