I set my alert for 5 minute intervals…
I set my alert for 5 minute intervals and that work’s really well for me. My trailers are contracted and when moved I receive alerts with map of location. Very user friendly once set up.

The notifications that I receive are…
The notifications that I receive are typically delayed, usually at least 15 minutes from when the vehicle is moved. In addition, I have received notifications two times when the vehicle had not been moved at all that day.

As good as it gets...
I've been using Lone Star for several years. The software has been upgraded and improved several times - it is very good. The location info is precise with Google Maps type features. The cost is affordable. This service has saved my a lot of time and money as I needed to locate vehicles. The customer service is prompt, courteous, and as good as it gets.
