Lost goods
Ordered some pot saucers from Longacres. Goods not delivered. After lengthy communication chasing up both Longacres and InPost, I was eventually told that the goods had been lost.

Tough gloves
The ordering process was straightforward and my gloves arrived quickly. They are quite a snug fit but so far they have protected me well from prickles on roses and brambles.

Great Customer Service
Great price for Weber Charcoal. Their courier managed to lose the package first time round. I called and customer services dispatched the package again immediately, apologised and refunded the delivery charge as a good will gesture. Would recommend.
