Shepperton Branch
Love Shepperton branch. I just de-stress as soon as I walk in. Staff are always very approachable and helpful with a smile on their face. Store always well set out. On this occasion I was picking up a click and collect. Gentleman helping me was lovely despite clearly being under the pump as it was very busy. Got someone to find my order straight away and they too were happy and super efficient. Manager should be very proud!

No communication & do not take the boxes or Pallets away
The Garden Centre did not email to advise me the garden furniture was being despatched. I received a message from the Courier to say delivery would be that morning. Furniture is beautiful & we are extremely pleased with it.
The delivery driver was excellent. He brought the furniture round to the back of my house with no problem.
I would like to make people aware that the delivery driver advised me that the large cardboard boxes & the pallet the furniture came in/on has to be left with the customer which I find totally unacceptable. The pallet was double size & very heavy so if someone was elderly, they would not be able to move it or dispose of the very large boxes. The delivery drivers have a large vehicle so it would be easier for them to take it away.
I would recommend the furniture but not so much the service.

With regards to the packaging and pallet, our product description does advise that nationwide deliveries are made via pallet delivery and that customers are responsible for disposing of the pallet once received. Unfortunately, pallet collection is not a service offered by the courier but we appreciate your feedback and will share your comments with the relevant team.

Easy to click & collect - but I dont understand why your instructions to collect insist on having a printed copy of the order - surely just showing the order number from the phone works just as well ?

Amazing service!
We purchased a beautiful garden lounge set from Longacres & unfortunately it turned up damaged. There was a little faffing around with couriers (not their fault) so they looked to fully replace on their own dedicated transport & helped to lift the replacement set into the garden. You judge people on how they deal with problems, Longacres excelled. Thank you.
