Been with Look Again for years and had no issues. Great service and good customer service. Had no problem previously obtaining a refund for a missed delivery date and was afforded free delivery.

My order arrived in very good time as specified but when I unpacked delivery a few items were missing &1 item damaged. I rang lookagain & they said they would get back to me by email. I have not received a email from them & I’m very disappointed that they couldn’t give me an answer straight away. I have shopped with them for a very long time & feel let down.

I can honestly say that I have not had a problem when shopping with Look Again. As long as you take into account that the clothes are made for the European market so size up, they’re really good. The bonus is that you can shop on other websites using your Look Again Account so that gives you more choice. Would I recommend? Yes, if you’re like me and struggle getting credit then this is a very good option.

Website is easy to use and you know straight away if anything is out of stock. There is a good choice of all items required. Information is given when items are being delivered. I always tell friends to take a look if they are trying to find an item.

I love a bargain so I enjoyed my shopping experience as they gave me a voucher code to gain a discount.

The goods I ordered were delivered quickly and everything was packed nicely and of good quality as always, all my shopping experiences with Look Again are very good.

I placed my order for next day delivery as I needed the item the day after delivery paid £5.99 for next day then received an email telling me it was delayed and I didn't receive the item for 4 days after order.

I love buying from Look Again good quality of the items and fast delivery and returns,but since they stop the yearly delivery pass I don’t especially order so often now because it can be expensive if you order often ,I have changed to a different brand that offers the delivery pass .

I love Lookagain, loads to choose from in so many sizes and styles to suit all. Delivery in a couple of days and easy returns. You don't have to pay upfront. What's not to like?

I had a bad time because the agent gave me the wrong advise and nearly made me lose not only my item but also the money i payed aswel.

I had two items collected by courier and they have disappeared into thin air . I have been waiting 14 days for a refund, only to be told they have a process to follow that seems to have nothing to do with customer care. I was supposed to receive a call from a a senior customer service representative, nothing. They have £92 of my money and I can’t get any response or resolution

Used be great but now you get sent the wrong items and the customer service people just don't care about anything. So awful I'm closing my account after 7 years.
