I've always had great service from Look Again. Their products are made of quality materials. I've loved everything I've had from them. If I've had a problem their customer service have been very helpful and quickly resolved the issue. Will definitely buy from them again.

I have been a customer of Lookagain for a few years and I have to say, I didn’t use my account that often due to the delivery costs. But I probably purchased on my account a couple of times a year. I recently received a discount offer code and purchased a dress, when ordering I entered the discount code which it accepted and displayed me the cost with the discount off. Only when I received my statement, no sign of the discount. I contacted customer service to be told firstly I hadn’t used the code the I was told my dress wasn’t eligible for the discount. No where on the discount offer letter did it states any brands not eligible. I asked why had their system taken the discount off when originally ordering & it was just repeated to me my dress wasn’t eligible….I was getting no where. I paid the full balance 4 weeks ago and today tried closing my account to be told I have to wait another month as my account is in approval as a minus balance as they haven’t tied up the payment to my order yet……I give up. Shocking way to deal with customers. You really need to think again Lookagain!

The selection of clothing available to purchase are very good. I regularly buy new outfits from lookagain and the prices are competitive. I recently bought a new dress that was in the sale, and should have been £70 more expensive.

I enjoy the range of goods but always order through freemans as they don’t charge delivery fees I was originally with Empire Stores 38 years and stayed with look again when they took over

I have been with look again for many year’s and l found it good value for money l am very happy thankyou

Been a member of Lookagain since the 90s, as used to give commision but gradually stopped that,
and used to sell great cloths that fit as to sizes that couldn't find in shops,
gradually started to get rid of great designs and brands as I stopped buying for a while to nearly a year with only 1 order, but now not ordered anything for another year because there's nothing I like or don't want, they want to close anyones account down because of fraud if not used for a year nearly, but others companies don't do this, I think it because they are not getting any profit or sale, and why buy something you don't want or like,
They need to take a closer look to why people don't buy like they used to, because of price as to style and brands they sell,
it's there loss if I don't want to buy anything,

Beware ,I have been scammed and someone else has bought goods under my name , they told me to get a crime number and send them the information but unfortunately Royal Mail can’t deliver letters to this address

2 Nunnery Square, Sheffield S2 5Dd doesn’t work

Wrong item was delivered. Was like pulling teeth trying to get it collected and correct item delivered.
Originally ordered for next day delivery, still no sign of it on day 5.

Orders go astray or take a long time to arrive. Worse still if anything goes wrong you will get no help from customer service, the people they employ are useless.

Great choice, quick delivery, value for money

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. Not a trustworthy company, I bought an electrical product from them, it lasted only a few weeks but they refused to do anything about it.

Arranged a return via having to ring the customer service line. Quite a lot of miscommunication and would rather do it via online app like other companies online. Also difficulty obtaining a returns label. Tried 3 times to be emailed one for return. No email.

I do like look again and freemans, you can get good offers though normal prices are over the top, a good range od products as well

My family and I like the goods that we buy from look again and the customer service that we get these days is excellent.
