First, thanks to all those who rated this mattress which is why I decided to give it a try (plus 75 day trial) and it was worth the investment. Me and my spouse suffered greatly in our previous bed and since I got this mattress (the relaxed) we have NOT been in pain. Second week seemed a big too firm for me but with their topper they offered FREE to make sure I was happy. Its now breaking in.
WE LOVE IT!!

I was in the market of purchasing a mattress and boy did it take a strain on me. I felt purchasing a mattress was more stressful than leasing a car. So many different brands, names of mattresses and materials - I did not know which was better than the other. However, after stumbling onto Loom and Leaf, I am happy I did. After having the King Relaxed Firm Model for exactly a week, I am more than a happy and pleased customer. With this mattress, we experience - no odors, no unheard dangerous chemicals and no body heat from sleep at night. You will experience what I believe a preview to sleeping in Heaven.

We purchased our Loom and Leaf mattress back in November. We had reviewed other mattresses in our area and we were pretty sure we wanted memory foam and liked Tempurpidic but the cost was prohibitive. We happened to find Loom and Leaf on the Internet and after reading the wonderful reviews, we thought what the heck, let's give it a try! With 75 days to try it out, we had nothing to lose. Due to the holidays we did have a wait for delivery but setup and removal of our old pillow top mattress went smoothly. The delivery crew were friendly and polite. After about a week sleeping on our new mattress, we knew we had made the right choice! No longer did either of us wake up with sore backs and joints and my husbands turning over in bed or getting up in the night no longer disturbed my sleeping. The only negative comment I could give is when we travel, we are much more critical of the hotel mattresses but oh how wonderful it is to sleep in our heavenly bed when we re turn home! We highly recommend this company and the wonderful mattress they produce for its quality, comfort and affordable price!

I recently moved and decided to try Loom & Leaf, mainly because they custom make every mattress to order, and have a 90 day trial period. I already had a Tempurpedic which is now in the guest room, but Loom &Leaf is much more affordable. They delivered and set up my bed on my schedule, hauling both mattress and box spring up an old, narrow staircase. I went to bed that first night and felt like I was sleeping on a cloud! I love going to bed, and when I get up look forward to sleep time that night. Give them a try and you won't be dissapointed. If you decide you need a firmer or softer mattress they'll swap it out, but I didn't need to.

It has been about a year since our Leaf & Loom purchase and we are so glad we took the risk. We purchased a matress the traditional way of going to a store, trying them out there then making the purchase, which ended up being a nightmare. After a couple years of waking up stiff and aching, I went online, found Leaf & Loom, did a little more research then placed the order. We have been extremely happy. So comfortable!!

I admit to being more than a little skeptical of purchasing a mattress online without trying it first, but I am beyond impressed. I have had the mattress set up for about a month so far, and have been sleeping as deeply as I have since I was a little kid. I could not be more satisfied with this mattress! I bought the firm - king size and it is fantastic. Definitely worth the risk of buying online.

Tonight will be the fourth night that I will be sleeping on my new Loom and Leaf firm mattress. I have had lower back pain for years, especially acute and troublesome when I get out of bed in the morning, typically wearing off mid afternoon--until the next morning. After three days of sleeping on my Loom and Leaf mattress, I can say that the lower back pain has been reduced significantly. I look forward to an even further reduction as time passes. I am 75 and on the heavy side. I have been sleeping between four and six hours nightly for a long time now. The first three nights on my Loom and Leaf I slept for a solid seven hours nightly. I've slept on innerspring mattress all my life. Loom and Leaf's five layers of foam and gel have made me a believer. There are so many other positive things I could say about the mattress, the process of purchasing it and the delivery--but I will end by saying, without fear of exaggeration, that Loom and Leaf has done for me what no doctor or medication has been able to do--give me a good night's sleep, awake refreshed and with minimum pain.

I got the Loom and Leaf relaxed firm and I love it. I had a pillow top mattress so it was a bit of an adjustment but I wouldn't change it now. Best sleep I've ever had. My husband tossing and turning used to wake me up often at night, so I was looking for a mattress with motion isolation as well as comfort. It helps tremendously and I no longer wake several times. I was concerned about buying a mattress without trying it first but I read so many good reviews about their mattress and return policy I decided to just try it. I'm very glad I did.

Both my wife and I were interested in purchasing a memory foam mattress, but prices were prohibitive, and there were too many nagging flaws (too soft, too warm, etc) which kept us from taking the plunge. We did deep research on all of the comparison sites, and read many reviews. In the end we liked the Loom & Leaf feature set, and we loved the price point.

We ordered a Relaxed Firm King mattress and base on February 8th of 2016. I received a confirmation call within 3 days of the initial purchase(this call also serves as a verification of measurements and the dimensions of the final placement of the bed) . Our Bed set arrived on the scheduled date, and the old mattress removed all within 30 minutes of the knock on our front door. The service from order to install was first class, white glove.

Now for the actual experience with the bed: We are both on the heavier side, and have experienced hip, shoulder and back pains from our previous mattresses. This disappeared the VERY FIRST NIGHT of owning our new bed. It is soft to the touch, but firm and supportive. There is no clingy cupping action as you do not sink into the bed...it is more like sleeping on a firm cloud. We do not feel each others' movements so we are not awakened when the other has to get out of bed during the night. We laugh about my wife's only (complaint? not at all really) issue, the bed does not get overly warm when we sleep on it. Staying cool was one of the strongest, yet hardest to quantify selling points I was interested in. I sleep hot, and now that is not an issue. A rare, pleasant surprise.

My husband and I were in need of a new bed. We thought seriously about getting a sleep number bed, but after looking at other folks comments and even the consumer report, we started to rethink our decision. We decided that if we got something that had to have electric, we would be up to our ears in repair bills if it went bad. So we decided to stay with just a "normal" mattress.
I began searching for mattresses and reading all the reviews on so many different ones. Quite by accident I stumbled across the Saatva mattress. I started to read the reviews and to be very honest, I was even more skeptical when I saw how many GOOD reviews it had. I honestly didn't think it could be for real. The more reviews I read the more skeptical I became.
Then I ran across a review that had an actual email address on it from a man and his wife who had purchased a Saatva mattress. He said if anyone wanted to actually contact him and ask him questions, he would be happy to answer them. So I contacted him at the email he gave and spoke with him. He said the company was definitely on the up and up and he and his wife were enjoying their mattress to the fullest extent. So we thought...well...ok...maybe. But still, I kept looking at other places and prices and mattresses and finally I just kind of felt that we were to go with this one. It didn't take real long for it to arrive and the men who brought it were very clean and friendly and polite. We were impressed with them.
We ordered the 14" mattress and wow...it was even higher than our old mattress that we thought was high. But we fell in love with it as soon as we laid on it. That first night, it was great. I was so impressed. I struggle with bad arthritis as well Fibromyalgia. My hips always ache so bad through the night and when I get up, I ache all day. I have been
absolutely amazed at how much less my legs and hips hurt when I sleep and when I get up. My husband had been having a lot of back trouble. He is loving it as well. We are both in our 50s and this is the first bed that we have both really felt good about buying. We've only had it for a month, but if it continues to be as good as it has so far, we will be very happy indeed. We would highly recommend it.

We initially purchased a Saatva conventional mattress, but for several reasons, none to do with the product itself, we found it wasn't working for us. I suffer from apnea, while my wife has recently had difficulty with her hip. We had hoped that a new mattress would solve our problems, but sadly we realized that we needed an adjustable platform. Despite liking the Saatva, we were forced to return it. Having been impressed by the product and realizing that Saatva manufactured foam mattresses as well, we decided to replace substitute Loom and Leaf mattresses as they were compatible with an adjustable platform.

First, it must be said that we have nothing but respect for the honor and integrity with which Saatva/L&L conducts business. They graciously arranged to have the original returned and the new mattresses delivered at the same time. They did so without any hesitation and made what might have been a difficult and irritating situation trouble free. Words are easily spoken, but it is rare that a company stands behind them as firmly as this one. Saatva truly is a model for how business should be conducted.

Most importantly, the Loom and Leaf mattresses we ordered have turned out to be perfect for our needs. They are wonderfully crafted with an almost uncanny ability to both cradle and provide optimal support at the same time. In just a few short days, my wife no longer suffers from morning stiffness, her joint pain is improving and we are both sleeping far better. Needless to say, we have become huge fans of Saatva as a result.

So from both of us, thank you so much, Saatva! It is rare for us to write reviews, but in this case we simply had to state for the record how truly pleased we are. Whenever anyone brings up the subject of a better night's sleep, we certainly will evangelize about our Saatva from our own personal experience. There is no doubt it is the place to find a truly great mattress.

Buy a mattress online? Never we thought. Until friends related their positive experience. After a ton of research we decided to try Loom & Leaf from Saatva. If we could award 10 stars we would, from customer service to product quality to delivery and set-up. We are so pleased with our product. We are both experiencing more REM sleep than ever before. Morning stiffness? Gone! Back spasms? Gone! We wouldn't hesitate to suggest this product to family.

After sleeping on a Sleep Number bed with a foam topper for several years, but still having issues with my back/hips/shoulders during the night, I decided to try your Relaxed Firm product. I, too, did the research - watched YouTube videos by independent testers - and felt comfortable with the 75 day return guarantee. The very first night, my uninterrupted sleep doubled from 2 to 4 hours! As I continue to adjust to the feel of the mattress, my sleep continues to improve with almost no aggravation to trigger points! I'm only one week in and already know I'll be keeping this one! The silver lining is the price...half of the big boy brand!

First off, let me say that I'm 65 years old and have osteoarthritis, hot flashes and osteoporosis. I'm also a 'side sleeper'. After tons of research (I even watched the Utube videos on it) and refusing to pay $4,000-$6,000 for Tempurpedic or Sleep Number, I discovered that Loom & Leaf had just what I wanted at a great price. It's a bit daunting to order a mattress online but sometimes you just have to go for it! That being said, I figured I could just send it back if I didn't like it and only be out the delivery fee. The reviews were extremely positive about their customer service.
The delivery was scheduled at my convenience and they were on time and in and out in 15 minutes. From the very first night, I must say I LOVE IT!!! It was much firmer than I had expected and has no sagging. My hips don't hurt when I get up and my arms aren't going numb anymore!! The mattress doesn't get 'hot' (That would have been a deal breaker with my hot flashes). After sleeping on this mattress for a month now, I know I won't be sending it back! If you are shopping for an outstanding mattress, this is definitely for you. Just go for it. You won't be sorry! As I said, you can always return it if you don't find it to your liking!

We decided it was time to get a new bed and go with a "green" choice. Our top of the line Serta did us well but I was impressed with the construction details and reviews. The "fume" factor is what sold me. My daughter had a temperpaedic and had to return it the fumes were so bad. I don't think many people realize the dangerous chemicals used in most mattress and box spring manufacturing so that impressed me.
We bought enclosure protectors for both mattress and springs, all our pillows starting fresh with this. Bed bugs beware...lol
Movers were excellent. We slept really well on our firm set last night and have to say it is extremely comfortable. I usually wake up several times a night but slept right through to 6:30. Both of us woke up refreshed and happy! The price is right and we had great customer service followup...I highly recommend this bed to everyone thinking of getting something new.

I decided to try Loom & Leaf after doing enough research to easily be the Pacific Northwest's leading expert on mattresses. Our old mattress was 20+ years old and we saw little reason to swap it out. We still thought it was reasonably comfortable. But after increasing troubles with shoulder and hip pain I decided that maybe a new mattress could help. After weeks of research we decided to try the Relaxed Firm Queen from Loom & Leaf. The order was easy enough. We bought the new queen and foundation for less than half what a TempurPedic or Comforpedic would have cost us. The only hesitation I had was that their delivery was 14-21 days from order vs. most of the other Beds-in-a-box at 1-2 days. And, Loom & Leaf did push the delivery issue right to, and then crossed the 21 day mark, delivering the mattress on day 23.
Once the bed arrived, the delivery guys had to remove our old mattress from a renovated attic bedroom suite which had been built around our old bed. I was a little worried about how they might get the old mattress and box springs out, let alone getting the new one in. It was no problem. They quickly, cleanly and professionally were in and out in 15-20 minutes. No fuss, no muss.

The mattress was beautiful and beautifully made. Almost a shame to cover it up with bed clothes! I layed down on it for a few minutes after they delivery guys left and was asleep just that fast. The dog joined me. He then refused to get off the bed and had to be carried downstairs so we could get sheets on the bed! He was sold instantly. I reserved judgement until I'd spent the night on the thing.

Night one, paired with a shredded memory foam pillow from Coop Home Goods/Marlow Mercantile, I headed off to the land of nod and literally was asleep in minutes. This was either like sleeping on a cloud or in the Ambien factory! I normally sleep fitfully and am awake as much as I'm asleep. Not on the loom and leaf. And, talk about comfort. We had no idea what we were missing. The comfort -- off the charts. I can't even describe the comfort. Now I can't wait to go to bed. I always got up in a lot of pain and remained stiff, living on the max doses of Tylenol every day. After the first night on L&L, I got up with literally no pain. It's been 3 days now and I'm off tylenol altogether. Absolutely amazing that this mattress makes me wax on like a love sick teenage girl, whilst, at the same time, saves my liver too!

As you can tell, I'm sold and will sing the praises of Loom & Leaf from the mountain top to anyone who will listen. This could be the best purchase of my life! If you're in the market, look no further. This is so much better than what you'll find in your local big box or bedmart store. Buy it and don't look back.

For years I have had such a tough time falling and staying asleep through the night. I just assumed it was because I am a Type A person and just have trouble "shutting it down" at night.

My first few nights on my Loom & Leaf seemed too good to be true. For the first time in my life, I was sleeping through the night and waking up feeling rested. I did not even realize how poorly I was sleeping until I found out what good sleep felt like. I just did not realize how badly I needed a new mattress.

Someone contacted me to schedule the delivery and they brought it into my bedroom, setup the frame, foundation, and mattress. They took away all the packing materials the mattress was in as well as my old mattress. It was really nice to not have to deal with any of that.

I got the relaxed firm. The bed itself looks high quality - like the beds you see in nice department stores. The cotton top is comfortable and very cool. I was worried about feeling too hot on a memory foam mattress but that has not been an issue.

Both my husband and I are extremely pleased with our Loom & Leaf mattress! This was a great find for us and we have been sharing the word about Loom & Leaf to all our friends and family. Honestly, we feel like we got a great deal on a great mattress.
