We absolutely loved our Loom & Leaf bed! We tried several mattresses and nothing compared to our Loom & Leaf. My husband and I spent months researching beds. I was hesitant to buy a mattress without being able to lay on it. A company can advertise all they want. I rely on real customers reviews. When it comes to products working/not working people are honest. This is the second bed I purchased from them. I am a customer for life!

Our previous mattress was over $3500 and was over 10 years old. It served us great but it was time to try something new. I just had major back surgery and knew that I needed some firm support , also my husband is a big guy so he needed the support and durability too. We tried out a few Temper-Pedic and they were great but $4000 was a lot to spend (even though we would of if we needed to). I did some great research and found Saatva , I couldn't be happier with the service (Alejandro is fantastic!) . The mattress was set up for us and our first night was pure comfort. The cooling foam is great for us hot sleepers.
Take the chance and just buy this. Seriously, stop Googling "the best mattress" because Saatva Loom & Leaf is it!

I'm not sure when mattress retailers went so far off the mark, but after looking for a high quality king size memory foam mattress, I couldn't find anything under $3,000 - most were over $4,000. It's a mattress ... seriously? That is insane that mattress retailers charge what they do. I don’t know how they stay in business in this day and age.

Then I did some searches online and found Loom & Leaf. After looking at others, like Casper, Purple, Tuft & Needle, and so on - I decided on L&L. Why? Because they were the only one I could find that came close to matching the quality I would expect from Tempurpedic or another high-end mattress brand, but kept the price under control. L&L is more expensive than some other online mattress stores, but like so many things, you get what you pay for. They really do seem to have focused on the quality of the product by not using cheap materials and passing the savings of not using a middle-man on to the consumer. If you want a high-quality mattress without the mark-up, you can't beat L&L.

The mattress is delivered in a non-rolled up form (looks like any spring mattress when delivered), but does have some flexibility and give to it so it can be maneuvered easily around tight corners. The delivery services they use vary by location, but the guys in my area did a great job of getting a king-sized mattress up some tight stairs in an old 1940’s style bungalow and set up quickly. They did have to bend and flex the mattress a little, but it was no problem. Only took them about 5 minutes and they didn’t damage anything – including the mattress. The second you see the mattress unpackaged you can tell it is high-quality. It doesn’t look ‘cheap’ at all; very luxurious.

How does it sleep? Well – the cooling gel layer can be noticed/felt, for sure. A lot of memory foam mattresses sleep ‘hot,’ but not L&L. The temperature – in my opinion – is just right. I purchased the medium-firm mattress. It feels a little more ‘firm’ than ‘medium,’ so if you like an ultra-soft mattress you’ll sink into like a cloud – this isn’t it. Personally, I like the feel of the mattress as it provides good support for my back. I sleep on my stomach and on my back sometimes. I don’t sleep on my side, so I can only say stomach or back sleepers will like this; sorry side-sleepers, not sure that I can be of much help giving you an opinion. I’m sure someone else on here can. It’s been 3 months now and I can honestly say I love this mattress. The foam is responsive, but never sinks in so much you feel like your back isn’t supported, rather it sinks just enough to give some cushion and it contours to your body. It bounces back rather quickly, too, which you don’t see often in foam mattresses.

For less than half the cost of retail name-brands, this mattress beats all of them. Hands-down. Save your money and buy a luxurious L&L mattress that accomplishes the same thing. Every bit as good and much easier on the wallet.

I cannot believe how much I love my Loom and Leaf mattress. This is the first memory foam mattress I've tried, all earlier mattresses having been innerspring, and this is by far the most comfortable. I was a bit concerned that it might be too squishy. But it's wonderfully supportive and still feels welcoming and luxurious. The company does not recommend using a mattress pad, but suggests that if you do, you use one that breathes (e.g. all cotton). Well, I bought a very nice all cotton pad because I wanted to protect my new mattress, but it does indeed change the way the mattress responds. Now I hope that the absence of one won't affect the life or appearance of this marvelous mattress.

I have a Loom and Leaf mattress and really like it! I have had back surgery and many problems with my back. So I am very particular about mattresses.
I felt like Goldilocks - first I tried the relaxed firm, and it seemed too soft. Then I tried the firm, and it was too hard. So, I went back to the relaxed firm and it was just right!

I recommend the L & L mattresses heartily. Also, the sales people that worked with me were very professional and very helpful. Thank you, Loom and Leaf, for such a quality product.

Our mattress was delivered 3 weeks ago - and I slept in my bed ALL NIGHT LONG! Usually I fall asleep but wake up a few hours later - and go to the couch. My husband's back has been giving him problems and he would wake up - crouched over and hurting.

oh and the first week we had it, not only did I sleep all night but our AC was not running as cold as I like due to too much humidity - it was about 75 in our bedroom - I like it 68. So not only did I sleep all night - but I did not wake up in a cold sweat like I did with my other mattress.

I did a lot of research and everything I read led me to try this mattress. So far I am happy -
will review again after my test period is up.

I am afraid that my review will be so positive that people will believe it's a scam, but it's not. In fact, after my bed was delivered (by incredibly nice and personable guys who were so fast and on time it was like they were never here), the off gassing was so intense I was afraid we would have to return it.

We put all of our air filters in the room and laying a few old sheets on the bed I tried it and it literally felt like a bed I had only ever dreamed of. I was so disappointed. I had ordered and returned so many beds this was my last hope without going back to springs.

So I wrote an email, it being a weekend, and I got a call at the end of the day while getting my nails done and it was a L&L rep who was completely helpful, talked through the situation with me, and said this shouldn't be happening. She offered to send a new one out immediately without shipping or delivery fees given the situation.

I asked if she thought instead, the smell would get better, as we had noticed a change after the mattress was exposed for over 8 hours. While never admitting this was a problem that had happened before, though I had read about it in other reviews and online, she courteously said she would set everything up for a return and if I wanted to check out that possibility, I could call the following day and everything would be ready I thanked her and decided to give it a chance. I was a little shocked at the weekend service so prompt and determined...she had tried calling several times.

I never made the call. The smell got better, soon evaporated completely, and everyone who has even perched on the edge of the bed has done a double take and asked what the heck they were sitting on. EVERY day I am so grateful for this bed. I got the hardest mattress and the thickest base and it's literally heaven. I have spent my life sleeping on things that have felt uncomfortable regardless of the thousands of dollars I have spent on them. I hadn't known I had EDS and was a serious athlete most of my life so the two together made a firm mattress a necessity for all my joints not to fall out of alignment as I sunk into the excessive give of every mattress I tried. It's also incredibly positive for quite tall people.

My only complaint now? Loom and Leaf does not make pillows!! Surely this is an oversight haha Maybe I can buy another mattress and chop it up? Anyway, thanks L&L

The entire process was easy. From ordering to delivery and set up, a breeze! The bed is marvelous!!! It's the best nights sleep and the price is right! The bed was delivered June 20. I slept on it a few nights before I went on vacation. While on vacation my hips hurt every night and I tossed and turned. I came home to my own bed and knew then that it was the bed for me. No hip pain for this side sleeper!!!! With the return policy I knew I could take the chance and I'm glad I did. My husband loves it too!

This has been the best mattress we have ever purchased and look forward to doing more business with them in the future to replace our other mattresses in the house. I've never ever in my life owned a bed so comfortable! We went with the relaxed firm and we are both loving this bed. Soooo glad we found Loom & Leaf before ending up with a regular store purchased mattress.

My husband and I were hesitate because this is a full online purchase with no store to walk in and test, but with all the great reviews and the return policy we couldn't resist. Hey I purchase everything else online so why not a mattress too!!

Every morning I wake up feeling great on my Queen relaxed firm Loom & Leaf Mattress, and have to let people know it's worth the risk of not trying it out. My money is very tight but with a sagging mattress, I thought I could help myself out with a new one. With a 75-day return policy, I felt I'd be out $100 if I did not like it, and save myself a lot of money if I did! Well, I LOVE THIS MATTRESS! Back aches--GONE! I wake up refreshed every morning, and after 15 months, there is no sag, it never feels hot, and my goldendoodle Luna LOVES it as well. I work in Customer Service and know good care when I get it. This company will walk through every step of the way, all the way to luxury sleeping. You will love the mattress as I do! Take the risk, you will be so happy you did!

After hours of researching online and getting people's opinion on a bed, I stumbled across an article that compared all the different brands and mattresses. Loom and Leaf stood out to me - so I started reading more reviews online. We are online shoppers and I don't believe that laying on a bed for 2 minutes in a store will tell you anything about if you will like it or not. I know this, because I have done this twice with no success.

Online experience - they have people available to chat with you immediately. I didn't use right away but I did ask a few questions. Once I purchased the relaxed firm king - I received an email and a phone call with the most thorough and detailed message EVER from any company. They really go above and beyond in customer service. I was moving from MN to AZ and wanted to get it the day after we got there. I ordered in time, and sure enough, they were able to deliver on the date right when we needed them to. It was easy - non-stressful.

Now for sleeping...I LOVE OUR NEW BED! I have a bad neck and back and frequently (like everyday) wake up with low back pain, and neck pain. We have been on the mattress for a week now and my back has not hurt in the slightest...and we have both slept better than ever.

Firsts things first...I RARELY give reviews, positive or negative. It has to be an extreme circumstance for me to feel strongly enough to give feedback either way. That being said, I have had my mattress for about a month now and I'm getting the best sleep I've had in years. I bought a Seeley Posterpedic a few years ago and it's been fine but I slept in a friend's guest bed and decided I needed a new mattress. He had a $3-4K name brand mattress so I started looking at alternative. Sleepopolis had rave reviews for Loom and Leaf so I took the leap without being able to lay on it first. I figured it was a $100 gamble and as it turns out, it was worth every penny!

I researched a lot of mattresses and I absolutely HATE the high pressure sales people that usually are able to talk me into something that is not quite what i was looking for. So, I decided I would buy my next mattress totally online without lying on it at all, just based on research and reviews. I am BEYOND THRILLED with my queen size loom & leaf mattress. I have back problems and I was worried that I would feel too warm with the memory foam, but that was not the case at all. I sleep better than I have in years and without all the tossing and turning to get comfortable. I wake restored and refreshed and from the first night, NO BACKACHE!!! I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this mattress. I bought the one that is not the most firm and I am HAPPY. I tell everyone about this experience. The delivery guys were also awesome! Best thing I ever bought, hands down.

I don't typically do reviews, but this was the BEST online buying experience I have had, and so I felt compelled to share! I purchased the relaxed firm mattress and it is so comfortable! My husband and I were torn, because he likes firm and I like a little give. It took about 3 or 4 days to adjust, but both of us agree that it provides the perfect balance of support and give. The folks in customer service were awesome from order through delivery. We ordered a bed frame to go with a new bed that had not quite shipped when we placed the order for the mattress, so we were not sure if we needed one, but when the deliverers came to the house they quickly assessed that we did not need the frame, and the company refunded our money within hours! I have already decided to replace my guest room mattresses with Loom and Leaf mattresses in the next year or two! A really great buying experience!

My husband and I have been looking for a mattress for a long time. We went to the top brand-name stores and just couldn't find something that we liked. Then a friend told us about your mattress. I am so happy we listen to them. We ordered our California king mattress with box and frame and received it three days ago. The delivery company was professional and very personable. After two nights I have to say that I have never slept so well in a long time. Even my husband, who has to sleep on his back, is no longer waking up with backaches after four hours . I wanted to leave a review on amazon but could not log in for some reason. This is the best mattress I have ever slept on. Previously, I thought the Sheraton hybrid mattress was the ultimate mattress, but no longer. My story... 8 years ago I purchased an extremely firm mattress and hated it for 7 years. So last year I bought a ultra plush pillowtop innerspring mattress and it was even worse. Which brings me to this mattress. I figured since i hated the firm and soft mattress obviously i needed a medium one. Right? Right! The first two nights i did not like it at all. I thought it was hard. But on the third night I don't know what happened. I just loved it. Now I sleep so much deeper. Less tossing at night (if at all). I am 170lbs 6' tall and a side sleeper. There are absolutely no pressure points on this bed. NO aching shoulders, or hips. No waking up at night. I was skeptical since most reviews are good and I was afraid they were just deleting the bad ones but I have to praise this mattress. I have been sleeping on it for over a month and I cannot sing enough praise for what they have created. Get the relaxed firm and give it a week. You will not be sorry.

After 25yrs of pain from neck issues, I had surgery & decided it was time for a new mattress. I researched for weeks & Loom & Leaf seemed to meet all my requirements. Oh my Gosh!!! Not only does my neck & shoulders love it, but so does the rest of my body!

We first ordered the Relaxed Firm based on the reviews even though we have slept on a firm futon for many years.
The quality is exceptional and I was very happy but wifey wanted a more firm feel.
Their customer service is outstanding and we switched out to a firm “no questions asked”.

I really don't write too many reviews but I have to say that the mattress is absolutely amazing. My previous mattress was similar but literally 3X the price. It was only about 5 years old but gave it to my niece and started looking at the same brand but came across Loom and Leaf and was intrigued. Chatted online via their nicely operating dialogue box and decided to give it a try. I was contacted by friendly and efficient delivery folks who came and set it all up in a courteous and professional manner. Finally, I have never slept in such an amazing bed and am super happy. I'll say that for me the mattress is amazing but additionally I want to add that from my first visit to the website to the actual set up was a lovely experience, so from start to finish these guys just really have it dialed in, well done and now I am buying another for my Brother and Sister in Law.
