Disappointed

Never Again!

I ordered a outfit last month for my daughters engagement party, unfortunately it didn't come til after the event. So I figured I'd hold it since the holidays were coming up. My daughter's holiday party was last week and she needrd something to wear, so I offered her the outfit since I wasn't using it at the time.
I gave her the outfit and she tried it on, the zipper busted.
It is such a cheap material and the zipper was weak and didn't hold. I will never purchase from them again.
I have to throw the outfit away, it was not worth the money or the time I waited to receive

FRAUDULENT COMPANY.

This is a very bad company and I caution everyone to stay away from them. I ordered an item from them since 11/28 and I’ve not received my orders. I contacted them on several occasions requesting for my full refund which initially they said they were going to refund the money to me but wot 3-5 days of I paid with PayPal. I did and there was no sign of a refund. When I contacted them again, they were rather offering me a partial refund for items shipped and I’ve not received. I told them no I’m not going to accept that and now after several emails they are not responding to my email again. THIS IS ONE BAD COMPANY TO STAY AWAY FROM. How do you offer a partial refund for something I’ve not received. THIS IS FRAUDULENT. THIS COMPANY SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO DO BUSINESS AT ALL. YOU GUYS SHOULD SEND ME MY FULL REFUND ASAP!!!!

This company is a scam

This company is a scam, I ordered good of £143 from them and immidetaely that I saw their review on how bad they were, I emailed them to cancel my orders since on the 19th of Nov and up till now I am still chasing my money.
They first gave 15 working days and this is over a month.
Please do not order from this company, they are scam. Have given them till 22nd Dec and I will contact my bank. They are not company at all.

My first and last order from this…

My first and last order from this place. I’m sure it is a scam and wish I read reviews before hand.
I cancelled an order that never shipped and it’s been a month and still no refund. I’m positive I’m not going to receive my money back. Do not order from this place you’ll be frustrated and let down I’m sure.
When I contact them through their service email they lie and say it will be “ urged “ but it has not been and there is no contact number for this place. They are basically stealing peoples money and have people pretending to be customer service. I will now have to dispute this with my bank in order to get my money back. And all of this during the holiday season.

This has been the worst
experience..I order a dress for a wedding 3 months prior and never came in time. Then after I receive it. It was nothing like the picture. It look like any one just improvised sewing it. It did not fit. Split was in the middle up to my private not in the side like the picture. It was strapless in the picture and I got straps. It was ugly, cheap and nothing like the picture
So disappointed ☹️ and I paid extra to expedite and still didn't get it until 3 months after.. 😡😡😡

Totally dissatisfied

I placed my order months ago and still have not received the other part of the order. I needed my order for a photo shoot that occurred 2 weeks ago, so the dress that I haven’t received I no longer need it. The dress that did come was too small and they only gave me $30 back. I am very unsatisfied with this website. First of all I paid $62 for an outfit that was too small. They’re only gonna give me $25 credit or 30% back. Plus I have to pay shipping fee fees. Do not purchase from them

I purchased a pink velour suit & pearl earrings. They sent me several emails that my order was delayed. After receiving a third email to state the same, I requested to have a full refund. They denied my request. So, I filed a dispute with my bank and the charge was credited back to me.

So far I’m unsatisfied with the service here.
I ordered a last minute dress for my birthday with a two week time frame after noticing that I didn’t receive a confirmation text or email confirming my order I grow concerned. However, the money was still pending but I still emailed Customer service wanting to make sure they at least see the order and can tell me the delivery date No response!

Then I decided to look at OTHER REVIEWS which I should’ve did first smh!
Now I’m must definitely with concern that my dress may not arrive on time if at all!!!

Three days later I noticed the payment cleared from my account the order says processing still with no expected delivery date I emailed customer service again No Response!

With my birthday approaching fast. I decided to spend Extra money on a BACK UP dress from Fashion Nova which I immediately received an text & email after placing my order !! which I should just did fashion nova from the beginning at this point!!! Saving me the stress & extra money.

However, the dress here was so beautiful hopefully it’s NOT AI BUT ITS DEFINITELY GIVING SCAM or unorganized SOMETHING Idk!!

But at this point I’m going waiting to see this one out. I’ve already preparing myself to either lose out on my money
Because trying to fight for a refund which I’ve read from other reviews the process on that is ridiculous.
Or receiving my order hella late or not at all idk.

Either way I’m sharing this experience on my social media platform to notify others of my experience

If the order does come on time
I’ll be more than happy to update my review here & social media !!

Overall customer needs to know when items are expected to arrive because we’re ordering for a reason!! A confirmation email or text would greatly be appreciated.
