My aunt ordered 2 dresses early November and we haven't received a text or a message stating when they will be delivered. I called the phone # which appears to be a fax machine # and I'm left feeling like this is a scam. Can yall please contact me ASAP. Our family event is fastly approaching

THIS IS A SCAM

THIS IS A SCAM, after reading the reviews I think most people haven't received their refunds just like me. I was told by support once they receive the product back they will issue a refund, I sent the items back and ig was delivered October 15th today is November 30th and I still haven't received the refund despite several emails from support that they will issue a refund.

I think we are many who haven't received the refund, we should come together and do something about it

Horrible. This is a dropshipping website. They take your money and you do not receive anything for months and months. I ordered early Oct and it is almost Dec! Nothing! Says it is sitting in China. I will never order from here again and I advise you not to.

I placed an order in October and STILL haven't received my package. I let customer service know my frustrations since my package didn't arrive in time for my event and they just told me they hope I can put the dress to future use, which I absolutely can't. TERRIBLE shipping time, unhelpful customer service, AND to top it off, I have to pay for my own return. Ridiculous. I ordered 3 items on the 12th October…

I ordered 3 items on the 12th October 2026
To date I have only received one of my items.
The second item was shipped last week and the other item has yet to be shipped.

It is very unclear if I will recieve the items ordered before the new year.
This is absolutely ridiculous.

I understand that the items are shipped from another country but to wait 6 weeks plus for an order and still not have any clear time lines when the order will arrive.
if they where actually in stock at the time of purchase.
Why have they not arrived yet

I wanted to order a few more dresses but I will not neither will I suggest to anyone to use this site.
I have just recieved the second dress and I am absolutely disappointed. I require a refund.

My second review of this company…

I decided to take time to read the reviews posted by other people regarding their own experiences and used the opportunity to do a second review based on what I've observed. Oh my, was I not surprised. A vast majority of the reviews were very bad and rightly so. Their bad reviews all referenced bad experience with either not getting their orders or not getting their refunds at all. I also found out that everyone who contacted Loragal basically got the same generic message that they're looking into it.
I saw a few isolated cases of buyers who reported getting their orders. Now, that's not a very common thing with this company.
This is my final verdict: Loragal company is a complete scam. I agree with many of the reviewers who described it as such due to personal experience. There's no reason why customers would be promised a refund and not get it. It's only a scamming business engaged in dubious activities that would continue to practice as such. I'm using this opportunity to warn future buyers to be careful in patronizing Loragal. Hopefully, people will check the reviews first before placing orders. Unfortunately for me, I didn't do that first which is why I lost my money to Loragal. I've written severally to their support and complaints department without any luck.
Lastly, BBB needs to look into this company's business activities and take the appropriate action.

If there was a way to give zero stars…

If there was a way to give zero stars to this company, I would. 1 star is being way too generous. I ordered a dress which they later told me was no longer available after over 2 months of delay.
Despite several emails requesting a refund, all I get are generic responses as I have now confirmed from their responses to the reviews that I have seen.
Payment made since August is yet to be refunded. All should be aware and avoid doing business with them.
They are a big SCAM!!!

I stumbled upon an absolutely gorgeous dress on insta from loragal. And i didnt know what to buy it for. It was definitely for the beach. Surprisingly my aunt told me she will be getting married back home in barbados the following year. I went right back to loragal site and bought that dress. This dress is no longer for sale and arrived extremely quick. Nicely packaged, to die for. I had everyone looking at me the stares and compliments alone my aunt warned me I'd outdo her. I would NOT BUY FROM LORAGAL

The quality of cloths does not match the picture and the return policy is horrible.They only return a small percentage.If you want to return something and they do not accept it, they want you to keep it.But give you like ten dollar credit or so would never order again. Always call and ask company to define ASAP

I ordered a dress on 08/31/2025. On the checkout page it stated "your package will be shipped out ASAP". Well ASAP must mean "A Slow Ass Process" because that's what happened.

I needed the dress for an event on 11/1/2025, and on September 26, 2025, I kindly emailed them and inquired where my order was? They did email me back stating that my dress happened to be a Pre-Order and "it takes 10-20 days to make the goods" and then "Delivery typically takes 1-3 weeks" Well here it is November the 2, 2025 and still no dress.

I could have emailed Santa's workshop and told his elves to sew me a dress, had I known I would receive the dress at Christmas. Never-Ever-Ever would I order from this company nor recommend it to anyone. I will email them tomorrow and insist a FULL REFUND and call my bank to ensure I get my money back.
