Very bad and criminal very much like DGHP
I made a bid on one of their properties after waitng for five or six years despite supporting information they rented the property to some other. They obviously are just another load of criminals.
No heating and sent numerous complaints, NONE followed through. I got hypothermia and Pneumonia as a result. They shaved off my doorbell so i could not hear those at my door. and as they shaved my doorbell off when the annual gas check was due i didn't hear the door and charged me with £140. They also took me to court and then charged me their legal fees which talking to citizens advice and my lawyer, is ILLEGAL. I complained to them several times and eventually getting a reply all i got was an apology.
