I used to adore Lorna Jane clothes, spent so much $ and had a wardrobe full. However the last x6 pairs of tights I’ve bought have barely lasted a few months. They all wear at the seams and get holes so fast! The quality of the products have gotten worse & when your paying over $100 for tights u would expect them to last -I have thrown all my LJ tights in the bin & will no longer purchase from this company anymore,Shame really but lots of other good sportswear brands out there!

It gave me the option to sign up with 15% off - never received the email (after checking trash/ deleted). I tired this with a second email address - same thing, no emails. So I purchased through their online sale as a guest. I paid via PayPal (thankfully as I may just get my money back now) and after paying and having the money taken out of my bank account, an error message came up saying they were out of stock. So I tried updating the cart - it wouldn't let me. Scared that I wouldn't get my money back I tried reporting the issue on their website via live chat - to which, no one replied not even a robot. Happy to not be giving them any money now.

Worst online experience ever. Purchase anything from them at your own risk. I am still waiting for my item, and the info I have is not sufficient to find out where in the loop it is. Of course, there is no way to speak to anyone, and their alleged customer service is a joke. Never again, and likely a chargeback before it is all over.

I ordered 4 items and paid express post delivery. Received 1 item two days later - a pair of socks. No communication at all about when I can expect the other items - leggings and tops, and it’s now been 5 days. No way to get in touch with Lorna Jane- they don’t provide an email address or a phone number to contact them about my order. There’s apparently a live chat feature on the website but I have tried from multiple browsers and it doesn’t work. I click on the link and it simply does nothing. This is shocking customer services - there is none!! Zero stars. And to ship one pair of socks separately by express post, and then be completely silent about the rest of the items? It’s crazy. I’m happy to be patient and understanding about order delays but a) do not offer express post option if you cannot deliver, and b) provide your contact details to your customers. This is very basic. (And c) you should offer me a refund for the difference in postage cost - it was your (bad) decision to split the postage.)

3 pairs of Lotus tights and one pair of Lotus shorts, all ripped in the inner seam within weeks.
You can't tell me getting a few weeks of occasional wear out of tights constitutes 'wear and tear'. I spoke to the customer service team today - which took over an hour, to be told it was a 'sizing issue' insinuating my tights were too small for me. One issue, I was sized in store, and had actually sized up in two of these pairs so they were actually big on me. I had already had one bad experience in store being made to feel like I was too fat to shop in LJ (may I note I am a size 16 and am quite tall) when I asked if there was any L or XL sizes in store, but now that has been cemented by the customer care team. Hundreds of dollars down the drain. I have purchased a pair of LSKD tights mid last year and wear them religiously, 100 times more than I have ever worn my Lorna ones, and they are still perfect. After reading these reviews as well its obvious there is an issue with the material, so I really hope they stop shaming the customer and start taking some ownership for product faults!

I bought some Amy Pocket tights for $120, I’ve had them got 4 months and the threading has now come apart
I spoke with the customer service team and they advised they cannot do anything because they would be worn out
I’m sure $120 tights are supposed to last more than 4 months

I used to love Lorna jane. Quality was great. Sizing has always fit nicely. But in the past year it is shocking how easily their leggings and bike shorts tear. First time was a pair I had had for about a month. Was just pulling them up to put on and a small hole appeared on the quad. The I am on a hike in their bike shorts and I get a huge ripped inseam after only owning for 1 month. I don't know about you but as far as I'm concerned under the consumers guarantee act, a product must be fit to use, which means leggings lasting longer then a month. Contacted the customer service and they have told me that because we are all individuals they cannot control how everyone wears them. Please include a guide then of how I am to use them. For a walk? Just laying on the couch? Apparently I shouldn't wear them at all of I want to prevent any wear or tear
Edit: after chatting with customer service and not getting much more then the above. I went in store and the girls were really understanding and offered me a gift card as the return was out side of their refund time. Understandable why I got a gift card and glad I was able to get my money back.
I would still not recommend their leggings as I have noticed a decline in the quality of fabric and stiching

I was given a insulated water bottle as a gift at Christmas and it was amazing and holds the cold really well. Filling it at 7am theice would still be ice at 7am the next morning it was amazing. After 6 weeks the bottle stopped holding the coldness and the ice was melted within two hours and by the afternoon the water had become warm. Lorna Jane exchanged the product with a new bottle. Now only 5 weeks later the bottle has started to do the same thing. The bottle feels cold on the outside which never use to be and the ice is melted in a couple of hours and the afternoon the water was no longer cold.
Very disappointing for the price of the insulated water bottle. I wont be exchanging it again.

I experience the embarrassing moment because my pants inner tigh came off while I was at my son swimming lesson Due to the circumstances I hv to emergency stitches them on the bit that showing my thigh skin just to carry on my duty as a mom. The thread came off on both of inner thigh, but the inner seam one on right thigh still holding. So I only do a quick emergency rescue stitch to cover up my inner left thigh . ( Yes i always have an emergency seeing kit in my bag). Then I made a complaint to the customer service explaining my less that one year hv a malfunction. I also send the pics of each thigh seam, also the pictures of both seam include the one that I hv to emergency stich just to closed up my showing thigh bit. Instead they said the company can not do anything since its been altered. Im so pissed off they product cause me "embarrassing moment"and that's what they can only say? shame on them. I gave the order number to prove I did not buy it second hand and its was not even 1 yrs old. My husband bought me 2 pcs in that order and the one that hav an issue was the amy pocket one. Shame shame on you Lorna Jane . i capture all my chat with the customer service that my experience was genuine.

Really bad quality and customer service. I purchased winter leggings three months ago, worn them from time to time and they already developed holes in seams. And leggings itself looks absolutely disgusting, like old trash. Customer servises told me, that winter leggings should be used diferent, than other types of leggings. I wonder how? Should I just use them to cover up myself on couch or what? Really, really bad experience, don´t bother to buy from, there are lots of other brands with much better quality items.

I just wanted to jump on and share my experience as a loyal Lorna Jane customer. I am a regular customer at the Tea Tree Plaza Modbury store in Adelaide SA and very well known to the staff. I have been attending the store for a solid year now. I feel I am a highly valued customer to the girls, that close they even remember my name which I absolutely love. My weekly to fortnightly shopping experience within the store is nothing short of incredible. The staff are very switched on with the trend. Extremely helpful in store and during the fitting rooms. They are all about body positivity and empowering women. I am always greeted with a smile and a chat upon every visit and always asked if they can help me find a particular item. I honestly cannot fault the team at TTP Modbury Plaza. The team there are the reason I continue to come back week after week. Big shout out to Francesca and Tanya for providing us with such a incredible store to shop in.

Terrible customer service and store policy. I wanted to return an item to which they could only give me a Gift Card (who does this?!). Basically stole $84 from me as the gift card expired a MONTH ago and they wouldn't renew it. Literally stole $84 from me... you've just lost yourself a customer as I will never in my life shop in your store again. Going to Lululemon instead, same price but a much better shopping experience.

I think it’s so wrong how you don’t accept cash , some people only get paid cash and don’t deposit it into their bank accounts for example I work for myself and the cash that I do get is my spending money it’s disappointing for a huge company to not receive literal cash , people work hard so they can afford luxuries like this unfortunately I think you are going to lose a lot of business with this change I was ready to spend 500 dollars in store today but as stated above you do not receive cash so my money was spent elsewhere, I hope with all of this feedback you are getting you will take this all in .

I went into store today to purchase some items. After spending considerable time selecting them, my payment of cash was turned down. I think it is outrageous that you do not accept cash at even your bigger stores. Not everybody would like to have their items tracked by banks, stores, domestic partners etc. If you are a store that supports woman, you should seriously consider the impact that this could have one some customers. I was told to go out and purchase a stall gift voucher. Absolute rubbish! Passing the cash handling part of the business or to someone else and wasting customers time. You’ve lost a customer in me.

Shocked instore at Erina Lorna Jane to find legal tender "cash" is not accepted. Reluctantly purchased one item this week because I was already in store, would have purchased the other 2 pairs for work, however will source an alternative. I don't need to be tracked by a bank assessing my purchases. Money choices should be private. Cash is legal tender.

Bought the lotus leggings. I wore them, and within hours I noticed a hole on the thigh. I presented them back to the store with bag, receipt and product. Explained the situation. The employee then proceeded to tell me it was my fault, giving me ways it could have happened. Seriously! The material is extremly poor quality and most likely had a hole before I purchased. Yet when I rightfully asked for a refund they would not issue it. They do not have a phone number or email to call to escalate this matter. Instead a live chat that is only open Mon-Fri.
Overall, poor product quality and customer service. This was the worst customer service I have EVER experienced. They do not honour their faulty or performance quality warranty they have on their website. Additionally, the item was not 'fit for purpose' and under federal legislation they should rightfully issue a refund. They refused to do this. Shocking! After being a loyal customer from the beginning, I will never buy their product again. Not worth the money and hassle. Avoid!

Staff in penrith store are rude and treat customers poorly.. i haven't bought tights in years as the quality is bad . I do how ever like the over sized jumpers and shirts.. but will only buy when on sale as the cost of your items is ridiculous for the quality
