Prompt service - diagnosed fault quickly. Needed to source part, but as it was a BH it would be into following week before repair could be undertaken.

Great Service by a local company
Lothian Domestic provided a great service. Information was regularly updated regarding our appointment. The engineer came with the anticipated spare parts based on his understanding of the problem saving time for everyone. These proved to be the ones needed. Scot was a friendly and knowledgeable engineer and fixed the problem very quickly. We would thoroughly recommend this business to anyone.

heating element replaced in oven
I needed the heating element replaced in my oven. I made the booking early afternoon and managed to secure a same day appointment. The oven was fixed within 2 hours of the appointment being made.

Engineer arrived within five time scale. Checked over machine and quickly found the issue which he then replaced the affected parts. Throughout the visit the engineer was professional while offering polite conversation. Really pleased with the service provided by Lothian Domestics Ltd.
