I can’t recommend Lothian Domestic Ltd highly enough.

At very short notice and just before Christmas, they diagnosed the issue with my oven, sourced the parts, and had it fixed in time. What could have been a complete Christmas disaster was handled quickly, calmly, and professionally. They genuinely saved Christmas.

The engineers were excellent. Friendly, knowledgeable, and clearly very experienced. Just as impressive were the office team. The girls on the phones were brilliant. Communication throughout was clear, prompt, and reassuring.

Outstanding service from start to finish. I would 100 percent recommend Lothian Domestic Ltd and will definitely use them again.

Arrived on time and diagnosed problem quickly. Paul was polite, efficient, knowledgeable and tidy. A real lifesaver as the oven broke down on 23rd December, so Christmas dinner is on again.

Steven from Lothian Domestics was excellent today. Very friendly, knowledgeable and efficient with the work. Tidied up after himself and made sure everything was working before he left. It was a big job to change the outside of the drum but he made it look easy. Definitely recommend.

Great service, very easy to book online and prompt responses with great communication updates throughout the process too. The price point for the work we required was also very competitive, will definitely use these guys again in the future.

The technician arrived less than 3 hours after filling in online form and this was 22nd December. A control board had failed on my fridge freezer which was crammed with food for Christmas. He had one in his van which meant the job was completed before the fridge or freezer heated up. A life-saver!

Would highly recommend Lothian Domestics. Great communication from booking appointment up to arrival - text from engineer to say he was 20 mins away was very helpful. Engineer diagnosed problem quickly and gave me a breakdown of repair costs. Engineer also had replacement parts with him , so repair was carried out quickly with no need for return visit.

This is the second time I’ve used Lothian Domestics and each time has been a joy. The booking process is simple, the information provided about the job in advance, the progress and the expected time of arrival of the engineers are first rate. Big shout out to Scott too, efficient and a very pleasant guy!

I managed to get someone out the same day I'm in East Lothian.The online booking system is easy and straightforward pricing transparent too,someone called me too and a txt was sent when they expected the engineer. Ross the engineer was professional friendly and replaced our oven heating element. Literally saving our Christmas for my husband to cook dinner. 100% recommend. Merry Christmas

Everything went very smoothly, engineer arrived on time, spare parts provided quickly ( within one week of requesting) good notification of arrival details, good online appointment selection process.

Lothian domestic , took just under a week to come to our fridge freezer, they are a small company, however when the engeneer(Steven) arrived he was very smart and knowledgeable and proceeded to work on our appliance . He soon had the problem diagnosed and went to work fixing it! Got the job done tidied up his ice and water and got the job done!

Engineer [Scott] explained my issue in plain English and was very personable.
It only took a couple of days to obtain the spare part and I was able get a return appointment immediately.

Lothian domestics Ltd came out for a repair of some kitchen equipment in our home. They came quickly, very good communications, came on time as arranged and completed the repair. Excellent service.

Scott diagnosed the problems with my Neff built in oven I was then given cost for repair by the company. The whole process for proceeding was so easy online and I did appreciate the level of communication from Lothian Domestics thereafter.
