I have just had my phone fixed via courier-same day service. I cannot overstate how great this service was today. I needed my phone fixed ASAP as I couldn't charge it-Lovefone was quick, reasonably priced and reliable. I would use them and recommend them anytime. Thank you Lovefone!

They replaced my iPhone battery in 15 minutes without an appointment. Great price too. This was especially welcome after I had spent half a day trying to get the same thing done at an authorised Apple repair store that tried to scam me into replacing the whole phone or at least the screen and then refused to replace the battery. The screen on my iPhone 7 was cracked and the battery needed replacing (it would drain quickly with even mild usage throughout the day, and the battery health tool said the battery was significantly degraded). I chose lovefone because they had a deal where you could get some discount if you replace the screen and battery at the same time. I went with the cheaper screen option - I think there is a slight difference in sensitivity of the touch screen, but it’s fine. My problem is with the battery. I’m ~1.5 months into using the phone and the battery is as bad as before I had it replaced to the point where I wonder whether they replaced the battery at all). I’m not sure if it’s degraded quickly or that I’ve only noticed now that I’ve started going out more and actually using my phone that I’ve noticed it.

My cracked Pixel 2 XL screen was replaced by Lovefone and I couldn't be happier with the service.They provide a courier pickup and drop-off, which is a little unnerving since you are handing over your most prized possession to a complete stranger, but I have to admit it was fantastic just to be able to get the phone collected from my workplace and returned within a few hours. Saves all the hassle! The replacement screen is the real deal too, so any concerns that it might not be of the same quality instantly vanished when I turned the phone on. Great communication throughout with a friendly customer service. Thank you.

Brilliant service! Used many times. Called today at 10am. My phone was collected by 11am and returned all fixed by 1:15pm. What more can you ask for?? Would recommend to anyone.

Screen looked great for about two days and then the inevitable happened. I dropped it and the screen smashed-these screens are much much less durable than the iPhone ones. Also before affixing the screen they didn’t clean the front camera so the photos from the front are misty and unusable. Make sure you ask them to do this.

By no means the cheapest way, but the highest quality and quickest. Would return, but hopefully won't need to!

Wonderful service. As my phone camera was not working correctly, I booked an appointment to have it replaced. After they had exchanged it (in less than 15 minutes), it turned out it wasn't a camera issue after all and the replacement didn't fix the problem.
Although they couldn't fix it, I was very impressed with the service as they put my old camera back in, explained the problem in detail and charged NOTHING AT ALL for their time. Highly recommended.

My phone screen was fixed within 5 hours for a good price and the people I spoke to were very helpful. It did take a bit longer than the 3-4 hours they told me it would take on the phone, but I think this was because of a problem with the courier and when I was worried my phone wouldn’t be back before the time I had to leave they intervened and made sure I got it on time. I would use them again.

He couldn't actually fix my phone as the logic board is screwed but he was friendly and knowledgeable and explained to me exactly what was going on. Would definitely use them in the future.
