Quality has gone to crap
Quality has gone to crap, the last two orders have been so disappointing. When I started buying Lovehoney years ago it was great, well made and fit my giant breasts. Now the quality is so poor and my breasts don’t fit anymore. And there is absolutely no support for breasts either.

My package was super late after paying for express delivery . Yes that may have been refunded but granted wasn’t fair you couldn’t provide ..
Updates fir delivery were ridiculous no time frame exact .. no delivery bad weather but no weather was happening .. received package and package was absolutely mangled and tapped back together love to give you the pictures ..
after asking when I’d receive packages etc told nothing could be done till dec 22 which we know meant nothing till after Xmas ..
Was told I could look up the delivery courier myself to see where it was horrible experience from a repeat customer absolutely disappointed
