Tracking number was wrong and package lost
Tracking number was wrong, no updates after Dec 2/25 . Nobody has any record of my shipment. I called all the shipping companies no record of any package coming to my address. It’s lost . Im not impressed.

Wasn't your fault the package was…
Wasn't your fault the package was delivered to the wrong house! Didn't receive package! I called in and was asked to check the photo of the house the package was left at. NOT my house, in fact not a house on my street looks like the one in the photo. I must say the person I spoke with on your site was on it right away. Offered to replace it or refund me....which was looked after by the next day! I am impressed!
