Missing Item from Order
Abysmal service.
I ordered two items from Lovell, after a few days only one item was delivered. I got in contact with their customer support team addressing that I had received only one of the two items. I was advised that sometimes orders arrive as separate deliveries and tp wait. After waiting further I got in contact with customer support again to highlight that my item was still missing.
After chasing multiple times I was informed that "due to the time has passed since the order, the claim has been rejected and closed."
They have stolen my money for which I paid for the missing item and their customer support was generic and lazy.
After frequently using Lovell rugby for over 10 years, this experience has put me off for good.
