Why let people order something when you don’t have it in stock? Now I’m waiting god knows how long for my money to be returned when you could have just had “out of stock” it’s a massive massive inconvenience

Took a chance on the mixed reviews placed an order for a new colour way of the adidas Predator. Ordered it the hour it came out. Have to then wait 2 weeks for it to be delivered. On the day the boots were to be delivered recived an email that they can no longer provide the boots. Stay clear. Unreliable, managed to lucky get the last 1 in side from the adidas store. Coming free next day delivery.

2nd order great site good prices will be ordering again.

Ordered some Sondico football boots. Ordered half a size bigger than normal thinking I could wear an extra pair of socks or insoles if they were too big but they were much too small - particularly too narrow. 'Easy returns' they say but had to ask for a returns label. 'No free returns from outside the UK' but returns from inside the UK are not free either, neither do you get a refund on the post and packing paid with the order. So a £31 pair of boots cost me £4.99 delivery and another £3.50 to return and no boots! Order number:

Difficult to get wide fitting but eventually bought some Adidas Copa another half size bigger again from my local Sports Direct.

Edit in response to Lovell's reply below: I did have to request a return label which they sent by email but it was not paid return. My point is that with say, Amazon, p&p is refunded and returns are free for the customer, but not with Lovell's - this is not clear on the website.
Due diligence? Do they mean go and try on the same boots in a high street store before ordering from them? Lovell's trade as Sondico in the UK - I expect better!

Just say you can’t fulfill an order! Ordered and paid extra for next day delivery when I chased up they said oh actually it’ll be the day after. If their website had said they couldn’t fulfill next day delivery I would have ordered elsewhere now I have to go through the farce of returning and run around today to find some boots, wouldn’t recommend.

Ordered boots for my son when they arrived they were too large contacted the company to arrange an exchange was advised don't offer exchange I would need to pay to return and then place another order and pay delivery again terrible service I had to pay to return the boots and then had the cheek to not give me a refund for the full amount I paid for the boots so I had already paid delivery, paid return then short changed I will be sure to let everyone know not to use this company.
