Wrong product sent
This is actually sports direct, would’ve been easier to go to store if I’d known. Poor communication, wrong product sent, not happy, poor service, After emails sent all was offered was a return for a full refund, I would have to print a returns label out which having no access to a printer would be difficult go do, I still actually wanted the product but they couldn’t tell me if they had it! What a complete farce and waste of time

Never received my order there is no phone number to call them on and when you send an email they don’t reply customer service is awful still trying to find out where my order has gone and if I will get a full refund if I don’t then I will take the matter further I ordered these boots for my sons birthday which has now been and gone he was so disappointed not to have his new boots won’t be ordering from your company again.the boots were supposed be delivered on the 10th September 2024 and I’m still waiting for them.

Massive disappointment
I’m mightily disappointment with the way this order was handled. Order customised boots, no one contacted me on the day the boots were due to be delivered, to communicate a delay of any sorts. I chased up a 3 times few days later and was told the factory would get back to me. Nothing. Got in touch few days later and was told IT was issues then almost immediately I receive a note from PayPal that my orders cancelled.
Wanted customised boots for my sons tournament, which is now come and gone.
It’s poor customer service, can’t even speak to someone over the phone. Very poor. Then to lie about IT issues. Extremely unprofessional!

Boots are ok quality but the the laces on each boot are different length by quite a lot. Struggling to tie one of the boots.

Order a pair of Nike football boots, good value and in stock as advertised. Boots delivered on time. I had to follow up with customer service due to a manufacturing fault with one boot. This issue was addressed swiftly and I would recommend this company for your sporting purchase.
