I never received my item, waited in specifically and it never arrived, e mailed lovepetsuperstore never got a reply from them, then reply from amazon saying I had been refunded why I don't know, no one had explained what was going on , very disappointed

I placed an order a week ago. Received a mysterious refund a few days later with no explanation at all; contacted the seller but didn't receive a reply. Item has not arrived and I still have no idea what happened to the order. Very poor and unreliable service - worst service I've received in a very long time. Won't be shopping there again and would not recommend it to others. But at least I got my money back!

Ordered a Preston angle bracket for my fishing chair, it was out of stock, not only that it was no longer available, love pet, phoned me, and said they would contact manufacturer to see if they still had one, and they did. Received two more phone calls to update me and I received the bracket . I'm blown away by such a high level of service for my small order, and now have my pet owning friends looking at becoming customers. I will be buying more fishing equipment from them too. Perfect service.

Two orders in a row cancelled due to no stock/item going missing in the post. They don't even tell you when an item is out of stock, just leave you waiting in ignorance until you telephone for an update. No email updates about dispatch sent either. My poor cat has had to wait ages for his food. They're so quick to offer refunds as I think this is a common occurrence. Terrible! Using Amazon now.

I made an order in December and told it would be delivered befire Christmas as yet nothing has arrived I have emailed customer services on at least three occasions and as yet not received a reply.

The same great product ( arden grange) even better price and delivered to your door for free. Will be using this site again.

I didn't receive my order as yodels did not deliver to. The correct address and then returned it to lovepetsuperstore managed to talk to someone today and refunded my money with no problems
