Great company let down by the courier
Used these loads and found the courier company to be almost useless. There was no one in so driver took the parcel to the unit next to mine, the guy in the unit was on the phone and said "I'll be 30 secinds" courier stormed off git in his van and actually wheel spun off, which flicked stones up at customers cars parked outside, disgusting behaviour, the card and website for the courier YODEL states will automatically deliver the next day, this never happened instead they sent it straight back to sender ....
Never received the food so ordered from Amazon, more expensive but actually received it.

No response to a question
We ordered a mat which arrived in the post quickly but was not the colour that I ordered. There is no return slip in the package so I sent the sales team an email. That was a week ago and despite 3 more emails have still not had a response. All I want to do is swap the colour to the one I ordered and it is very frustrating.

Brilliant service, company who listen
I always buy 4 x 12kg bags of food at a time to last my dogs a month. First time I ordered from here the boxes were not strong enough to hold the weight of each bag resulting in the boxes ripping.
I left a review stating this and every time since then the food has been delivered is far stronger boxes. No many companies listen to constructive criticism but lovepetsuperstore do. Delivery is always fast and get constant updates.
