took my money the day before they went bust

Booking at 11.37 over the phone knowing the company was going into admintrastion and still taking all my money. And losing the holiday! To be honest I think that's the worst f***ing thing ever how do you people sleep at night!

Need I say more, I hope you can sleep at night.

Thought they still had ATOL and ABTA protection as used them before. Stupid for not checking! Lost holiday!

I book a holiday with this bunch of bandits on Thursday night and on Friday they go bust !!!!!! And then on Sunday I get sent this crap enter a competition and win £100 talk about rubbing salt in the wound.

I fully pay for my two holidays, and this company disappear now I have to rebook my holidays and I don't know when can I get my more than £6,000 back

Terrible experience, I thought something wasn't quite normal when the lady said she was booking our flights separately through Thomas cook website as opposed the the package booking I had started out booking with her! So now we have flights that we cannot get a refund on and no accomodation! If it was done as the package I had asked for we could maybe claim for the whole holiday but now we have flights and no where to stay.

Can't believe I have just got this email after they have taken my money and gone bankrupt. Win 100 pound in vouchers for low cost holidays what a JOKE ...........

You took my money the day you went into administration. What a lovely group of people you must be. I should think you parents are very proud of you.

Diabolical that they were still taking bookings right up to the day before they went bust ... I booked my holiday the day before ......

Booked my hotel through them and was the cheapest around at short notice.
Would use again.

Are you actually kidding? They took my money and 2 days later went into administration. What a joke....disgraceful way to treat people. I have had to book another hotel and am considerably out of pocket. Can't believe you have the nerve to send out this email.

They took our money and went into adminisration a week later. We have to pay for our hotel and transfers again. We've lost over£900

Book a holiday with low cost holidays within 24 hours they had gone into administration!! I then got a email to review them!

Can not believe that we booked this almost a year ago and worked our buts off after a crapoy year needing a holiday.... And you go bust, we find out purely by chance not even a whisper.
Just evil!!! Fair enough companies go bust all the time but you rabble wait for the peak season kids school summer holidays!!!! To jack it in. Impeccable criminally fraudulent timing if you ask me.
DESPICABLE!
Can't get a penny back probably cos didn't pay credit card and not covered on insurance.
Directors should be made to answer for their actions.
Just like taking candy from a baby but instead I have 2 crying kids had their holiday taken away!!!!

Are lowcostholidays having a laugh? Going into administration meant our hotel and transfers got cancelled then received an email asking how they did.
