This is my second year of booking with Low Cost and I have not had any problems. I would recommend them to anybody.

I have booked several times through low cost holidays online, and never had a problem even when I have had to call to change wrongly input information, sometimes they take a few days to reply to emails

The Lady on the phone whose name was Jodie, booked our holiday to Torremolinos was so helpful and friendly. She couldn't do enough for us to give us the best deal possible.

Booked a short break, purposely paid more for early depart flight on the 21st of July, called to check baggage with flight and was told flight times had been changed from an early morning to late afternoon meaning we miss a whole day from a 3 night break. There response was to say they are allowed to change flights and wouldnt refund or give any money back at all... even though we paid a big premium to book early flights and much cheaper flight times were available - how can they get away with just giving us something totally different to what we ordered and refuse to compensate in anyway whatsoever!!?? I am currently waiting to speak to a manager because they are not responding to emails and I have been holding for 45 minutes - despite asking them to call me in my email. This company should be closed by trading standards and there are many other complaints online on various websites, apart from on this one, leading me to believe most of the reviews on here are FAKE!!

I rang to ask a simple question the representative was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable and made the booking fun. I even got it cheaper than if I had booked it through the website.

Everything went great from the flight to the transfer to our holiday accommodation, no problems. Will definitely be booking with Low Cost again!

Phoning up and getting help from Alison made booking an absolute doddle!! She was so helpful and suggested some things I hadn't considered and pointed me in the right direction for my requirements.
The only problem I had was trying to book online which repeatedly crashed at the point of payment & I lost out on where we originally wanted to go. Will just phone up straight away next time.

I think the site is very easy to use and makes it easy to get prices, reviews, information, pictures and everything you would need before booking a holiday, even has links to attractions near by the hotels and makes it easy to add on extras such as transfers, made booking my holiday quick and easy, would definitely recommend!

Great price for a last minute holiday booking quick and easy to use, as long as the flights run well an excellent service.
