Very helpful and understanding and made sure I could afford the payment and ensured me if I couldn't keep up with my payments then just phone them and they would help me and come to some arrangement. Staff ver patient & friendly, good service and as i said so helpfully making me at ease too as I suffer from bad anxiety.

Trying to sort finances after a loss of job of bereavement is hard enough without this company hounding you day in day out. Constant phone calls emails messages is so stressful. When getting help and speaking to them and telling your circumstances they do not help they just want to get what they can out of you. Worst company, makes the stress of debt worse, no consideration at all.

I don’t know why these people asked to be reviewed,all heartless vermin like ALL debt collection agencies,I’ll be glad to be rid of them,,preying off of people’s misfortune,run their business on fear even on old statute barred debts like mine,stop asking for reviews as I can’t glamour use bullying

I was very distressed as I don't deal well with people I don't know.i just keep thinking all my things are going to end up in the streets as that's wot used to happen to me as a young girl.so my experience with debt collectors has always been scary.
