Really excellent customer service, I ordered some paints which I needed before the weekend for a particular occasion. I was concerned that I wouldn't receive them in time as there was a slight unavoidable delay in their warehouse, but I spoke to Matt who went out of his way to ensure that I received them in time. Thank you so much.
Ditto the previous review. Ordered on 2nd Feb. Over 2 weeks later, nothing, no emails and same reason given when I called. Promised delivery by today (17th), when I called to inquire, but still nothing.
Like the other lady said, no communication from this company, I had to chase and am still chasing. Chasing isn't made easier when the out of hours answer message is put on early!
I have placed and paid for a fairly large order of art supplies and two weeks on and several telephone calls am still waiting for my order to be dispatched. I have a workshop in a few days time, which the company have been told I need the materials for. Now am getting no answer when I try telephoning. Yesterday I was told the hold-up was because one ink was out of stock - the company could have informed me of that, could have offered an alternative (which is what I requested yesterday). Having requested an alternative I am still waiting, with no email notification to say my order has been posted. I am assuming I will need to request (and fight for?) a refund
