The ordered part has arrived, but the delivery took almost three times longer than it had been promised! None of my questions or letters have ever been answered. When I called them, they promised to give a written response. They cheated and never replied. Eventually I couldn’t even reach them by phone because nobody answered. I’m very disappointed. I ordered in this store a couple of times before and it wasn’t like this.

Parts ordered & delivery fine but customer service & follow up was crap. They always said they would contact us before the end of the day & didn't. As for returning a part again customer service crap; said would email a returns slip & yes you guessed no slip. It took just under a month to recieve our money back. I am amazed this company is still a float.

Very good service, parts delivered very quickly and quality as expected. We use the LR parts lists to make sure we're ordering the right items, but if it all goes tits up they are helpful with returns and replacements.

I love LR Direct. I took back one star because it takes 48 hours to get my order processed and shipped. Combined with the 3 days shipping and if a weekend is sandwiched in there it may take 7 days from order to delivery. A 24 hour processing period would help me out immensely.

Fast delivery to Germany, the parts are exactly as described, the price level is excellent!

I like the choice of parts suppliers(levels of quality so to speak). I find the friendless of the staff a bit variable and it would be good if I felt like I could ask them more questions about part numbers and advice but ive been brushed off a few times. it would be good if they had a better parts number navigation system online rather than relying on other websites (or microfiche systems that I couldn't get to work). sometimes it says the parts are in stock, (but it still takes a day or two to send them) not sure why. lastly the last order I received via DHL not only did they(DHL and or the LRdirect prepay NZL GST charge me 15% NZLGST(fair enough) but they charged me almost as much again to charge me for the GST (processing fee) and I didnt think this was fair in todays automated world. other than that LRdirect are pretty good. I started using totalparts in liverpool as they were super helpfull, cheaper and better at consolidating items into a smaller package, but they seemed to have disappeared, so Ive gone back to using LRdirect.
