Ironic that this company claims to prevent theft when they themselves are THIEVES!
When Cerberus needed paying customers we bought full licenses. Cerberus, without warning cancelled my account and now my devices are unprotected? What kind of company DELETES customers without any advanced warning? BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE,NO RESPONSE to emails! DON'T PAY THESE THIEVES.

CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT ANYONE?

This is a scammer - years ago this developer sold so called "Lifetime licences" for the "Cerberusapp". In 2017 he decided to change the lifetimc license to a pay per month/year subsciption but promised the customers, old licences and contracts would be "honored". In december 2019 LSDroid then finally exired all lifetime accounts. Yes. The "lifetime" expired. After this the develeoper got the nerve to ask the betrayed ex-customers to buy a subscription.

Scam, if I pay for lifetime license, I expect it to last fot lifetime, not 4 years.

I purchased a lifetime license in April 2014 and was informed in December that my subscription is expiring. My account has since be deleted. The company has been deleting questions asking about the revoked lifetime licenses from their forums.

Unfortunately, that is too long ago to request a refund via the Play Store's order history page. (You can get to it via Account > Purchase history on the Play store app) (It seems like the purchase needs to have been in the last 5 years to request a refund)

Avoid the company, they can't be trusted to provide the services that you pay for.

Like everyone else I had my "lifetime" licence terminated without any viable reason. Sounds like scam to me?!

i use to like this company bought lifetime cerburs and find out its been disabled after a few years like many other people. be aware this is a shady company.

Scammers, they selling Lifetime Licenses, and after few years they cancel these accounts to force you to buy annual plans.
They are not better than Smartphone Thief's.

Canceling lifetime subscription without any prior notice. All accounts just got deleted - no more log in into website.

A security company that breaks their own customers trust. So from now on a company you can't trust anymore.

I'm an actual paying subscription customer but apparently they no longer reply to support emails since they are in some sort of controversy with lifetime members I've sent 3 emails for support with no response...Won't be renewing my subscription when it expires

I'm another victim of this company and its very shady business practices. Just had my lifetime subscription cancelled with only a few days notice because it wasn't financially profitable for them.

Thieves. Stealing money and withdrawing licenses.

Have been a long time user of the application and recently saw my lifetime licence revoked. I am now being offered a subscription package instead.

Do not trust this company if they remain loyal to their obligations only as long as it suits them.

Lets start a class action lawsuit. This company is located in ia Nicola Antonio Porpora, 14, 20131 Milano MI, Italy. Just a complain in Italy by all EU contributers is enough to get them into trouble.

Paid for a lifetime license several years ago and now they've revoked it. Only a few pounds but still shady practice. Avoid any products that release in future and certainly avoid Cerberus. Google's find my phone is good enough and comes as part of Android.

Read the AndroidPolice feature on them. They revoked a PAID lifetime license stating that a lifetime license only lasts eight years and for the account holder to consider subscribing instead. I'm not sure why they even have the gall to ask paying customers to pay them more money when they can't even honor their word.

I bought my license in 2015 so it has only been four years. Even their explanation doesn't add up.

Dishonest practices, bought lifetime licence and was said it would never expire ... they just expired it ...people i would stay away from them... now i even wonder if they sell some of our private data...
