I have to tell you I am very…

I have to tell you I am very disappointed in your new jewelry look. I was an avid fan of all your necklaces and earrings which I always purchased at T.J.Maxx. The jeweler you have now is so different and unappealing. I truly hope you bring back your old style of jewelry. I always got complements on whatever lucky brand pieces I wore

Ridiculous Unprofessional Company

I ordered a skirt in an XS, using their size chart. The skirt fit more like an XL. It was crazy big. I called for a return. He said he'd refund me for the shipping cost, and he did. He also sent me a prepaid label for the return. Lucky Brand saw I was refunded for the shipping cost, and tried to only refund me for half of what I paid for the skirt. The customer service agent was very argumentative and actually HUNG UP on me. Who does that?? The next agent I spoke with understood, and he finally refunded the rest of my money. Only order from this company if you hate yourself and want to spend a ridiculous amount of time dealing with 1 stupid skirt return.

Customer service and clothing quality are horrible

Ordered an extra small lucky brand women’s sweater from Macy’s. Final act, so Macy’s is unable to return it. After one hand wash, the sweater pilled like you would not believe believe. Contacted Lucky brand and the service was absolutely horrible. Their answer is to dispute the charge on my credit card instead of standing behind their product! My complaint was escalated to the parent company who owns several other clothing companies. Completely useless! Incidentally, my husband had a pair of Levi’s that were two years old and ripped and Levi’s promptly replaced the jeans! So done, buying Lucky brand clothing.

Do Not Order Online

I live in a rural area, which requires two lines for my address; my street address and route contract+box number. When I set up my account everything appeared fine with my mailing address until I received the email confirmation and there was only my route contract+box number, no physical address, which means I can only receive USPS. I called immediately and was told that addresses are limited to one line only and they can't change a customer address, nor can an online order be cancelled. I asked how the order would ship but they couldn't tell me. Lucky proceeded to ship my order Fedex so, of course, it was undeliverable. The order went back to Lucky and it took 2 weeks and a phone call to get my refund.

When I called to ask about my refund, I asked again about changing my address. I was told again that customer service can't change an address, to log in online and change it myself. Except, there is currently no way to change any personal information, not my physical address, my mailing address, my email, nothing. I don't understand why I was allowed to use both address lines provided when I entered my mailing address only to be told that I can only use one line. HOW WOULD ANYONE KNOW THAT? And why was the SECOND line used and not the first which contained a physical address?

This is the weirdest and dumbest point of sale operation I have ever seen in my life. I can't change anything in my account by phone or online so I won't be able to re-order or place an online order in the future.

Unless you love dealing with customer service, skip ordering online from Lucky Brand Jeans. They are just not set up to properly handle online orders at this time.

Edited to add; FYI Lucky took shipping costs out of my refund for the order I never received, the order that was mismanaged from the jump due to their incompetence. I'm reporting them to my state's Attorney General's Office.

Only go to lucky brand in person

Only go to lucky brand in person, don't order anything online from them. I ordered 1 bracelet and 2 Necklaces online from them. My bracelet was randomly canceled with out warning, saying it was out of stock yet to this day it is still online showing it is for sale. It has been over a month later... also, only 1 necklace was delivered. It took 4 weeks to get here, and now they have no tracking number on the 2nd necklace. Customer services just keeps repeating the same thing about the bracelet being out of stock even when I'm asking about the necklace that is missing... This is beyond frustrating and I won't be shopping online with them again.

If I could give less than 1 I would

I had to return something and I had to wait over a week AFTER my item was received to get a refund but since it wasn’t received in the warehouse yet I had to wait. Finally after a few more days we got a refund for HALF of my purchase! They don’t refund shipping AND they charge a RETURN FEE also!! Who does that??!! Not only that but the customer service was snotty too! It will be a cold day in hell before I EVER get anything from them again!!

Horrible customer service and return policy

I purchased an item for Christmas. It was $32.10 with the shipping. I had to return because the person already had the same item. I was told the return shipping would be waived. I received a credit for $13.45. They made $18.65 for an item I don’t have. I will NEVER purchase anything from them again!!!

Their order experience blows

The jeans are fine. But when ordering off their website, they don’t ask for a delivery address when paying with ApplePay - they default to the billing address and don’t tell you until this fact until the next step, which is a confirmation or your order (e.g. you don’t know where they are shipping your order and THEY DON’T TELL YOU UNTIL PAYMENT CONFIRMATION. Their help desk refuses to make delivery address changes so you can’t direct your order to anyplace but the billing address. Then when you escalate the call to a supervisor, he/she lies to you and says the address is changed, but nothing gets changed

My son place an order on line for…

My son place an order on line for Christmas from his grandmother. He ordered two pair of jeans
His grandmother got the order yesterday and in the package was not his jeans
It was a women sweater instead.
In the package slip it clearly says two jeans that he ordered
Called customer service last night they told him since it was the warehouse mistake to go to the nearest store and do a wrong item extra
My son drove a hr from home to Clinton in CT and know they are giving him an extremely hard. They want him to pay those jeans again
All u guys want from your customer is money
Your jeans are expensive as it is and know u can’t guarantee your warehouse mixtape
Very very poor customer service especially during the holidays
So know my son has to wait after Christmas to reorder his jeans cause it takes 5 to 7 business day to credit the card back
I will no longer be shopping at this store

Once you put an order through

Once you put an order through, lucky brand is only a middle man. They cant answer basic questions about their clothing. The only information they have is what you see on the website which is not helpful. They cant alter or cancel your order(even if you JUST placed it). They have ZERO customer service ability. TERRIBLE customer experience.

Placed order over 400.00 and 5 items…

Placed order over 400.00 and 5 items missing worth approximately 160.00. Have spent last 2 Saturday mornings trying to get addressed. Was told delivery attempted and once received in warehouse they would refund the money. Now they want a police report. Filing dispute with credit card company and will never order from Lucky Brand again.

Cute pocketed

Cute pocketed, long-sleeved, viscose plaid shirt in cream, blues, & taupe tones. Poor fabric quality apparent with light wear. Pills with slightest abrasion!!! (I’m slightly built). BIG disappointment. No more LB apparel for me. (Made in India).

They wouldn’t let me correct my address which was only a zip code on their record

I placed 2 orders in cyber Monday and when I placed the orders the only address you had on my file was a zip code and when I placed the orders there was no place to correct that. Your customer service couldn’t correct it either. They said it would have to ship to the zip code only, be returned, then I could place a new order. This is ridiculous and poor customer service! I’m truly disappointed in Lucky Brand for this antiquated policy.

Sent the wrong item and that item had a hole in it

I was sent the wrong size of multiple items, one of which had a hole, and the other was covered in one huge dust bunny from where it must have been dropped on the floor. How hard is it to send two of the same thing? And why would you send me the wrong color and cut of something with a hole in it!!! Lucky Jeans should be embarrassed. They wanted me to do all the leg work and send them back the garbage they sent me, lol!

Very poor quality boxer briefs

Bought a 3 pack of mens cotton boxer briefs marked at 36$
Within hours of wearing they stretch and widen to the point where they hang as loose as boxer shorts.
Very poor quality I haven’t even found in the cheapest no name brands. Apparently a cotton blend that lacks the spandex to keep the shape

Scammers

I placed an order spendings almost 500 dollars. I received 3 shirts from my order and a blanket which I did not
Order. I contacted customer service and was told that it said my order was delivered. I tried to explain that I received the incorrect items but they didn’t care. I returned the blanket to a lucky brand store in castle rock Colorado. Spoke to the manager, she was very nice but did not know how she could help. I left the blanket there at the store and took pictures. Hopefully my credit card company can get my money back.
