Inaccurate content, poor customer service
I ordered 2 pair of pants, one jeans at 95% cotton, the other corduroy. They are both the same style (mid rise sweet boot). In spite of ordering exactly the same size for both, they are sized different. The jeans are a bit too long. They are also way more stretchy than another exactly the same pair of 95% cotton Lucky sweet boot jeans, which makes me believe the content is not accurate.
On top of that, I swear I ordered the cords on sale but was charged full price. Unfortunately, I was 2 days outside their window for price adjustment, so they wouldn't change it, even though they are clearly on sale on the website. I'm sending up paying about $40 more. I realize I should have checked the charges earlier, but it's very bad customer service & they've now lost my business.
Lucky Brand- environmentally clueless
I would give a negative number if I could. I used to love Lucky Brand. I just purchased 2 fleece Lucky Brand throws at TJ MAXX. Got home... over 12 plastic securing tabs for one throw blanket!!!! This day and age when consumer consumption of plastic is forefront - this is outrageous. It even has the label OEKO-TEX. but then they throw all this ridiculous plastic on it. Is that because they think I'm going to steal it? C'mon Lucky.. you can be a lot better!

Horrible. Bought a pair of jeans that are too big. I could not do a return online and was required to email and they will "send a label." First label they sent did not work at UPS so I am out the time and gas for that trip. I reached out the them again, and was told now the label would cost me $8 versus the $7 for the other. They said they sent it 4 times (ironically never attached to the reply to me) and it has never been received. Do not purchase from them!

Horrible. I ordered two pairs of jeans online at 50% off. I received one pair and a t-shirt that I did not order. When I called to get it straightened out, they said I would need to send the t-shirt back and order the jeans again but would not receive the original discount. They would not make it right. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE CROOKS.
Cheap piece of garbage shirt
Cheap piece of garbage shirt. I cannot believe TJ Maxx carries this crap. After 1 wearing, little tiny holes appeared in the shirt. I was worried that this Lucky Brand shirt was decaying! I threw it out. Do not EVER buy LUCKY BRAND!!!!
Terrible
Terrible. Accidentally put in the wrong address and called 30 seconds later to fix it but they wouldn’t permit that. Literally stole my money and told me that it would have to be shipped to the wrong address and reported stolen before they could issue a refund or send it to the right location. Beyond angry. Makes ZERO SENSE. Do not purchase anything from here if you can help it.
Ripped Off
I bought a package of mens underwear online and when I received them they were not what it appeared online. It took forever to get them and then wanted to return or exchange and their policy is a joke. When I went to print to return label it wanted to charge me for their issue, I sent an email and they told me this is the way they handle customer returns. First it charged me over $10 to ship on a package I know cost about $2.50 - I used to ship packages for companies for years and know the cost. Then it wants to charge me again another $10 to return them. The order I made was for an item that $18 dollars and $10 shipping, then $10 to return. I basically got screwed out to $20 and got no product. Do not buy from them online! Rip OFF!!!!

I ordered a pair of jeans, very expensive. I paid for shipping. The jeans did not even come close to fitting. I returned them at MY expense. They sent me an e-mail confirming they received the return and would process my refund. The refund could take up to 30 days?? I will NEVER buy from them again ever.

Terrible Customer Service
Terrible customer service experience with Lucky to the point that I will not purchase from them again. They do not permit delivery instructions during their check out process (delivery to my building requires a code). I made a purchase and contacted customer service to provide that information. They said they couldn't add the information since the order had been processed. They said to contact the company shipping the package. Turns out I can't do that since I wasn't the sender of the package. I presume they were stolen because they never showed up. When I contacted Lucky about this, they said to take it up with FedEx.

Fack you *Un* Lucky Brand. You had a simply task. I ordered a pair of shorts in a specific size, color and style I expected it in that size. You failed to meet those basic three criteria. Wrong size, wrong color, wrong style... wrong company. Never ordering from you again and I'm telling everyone I meet to never order from you. This is the third time. Once is forgivable, twice is odd, three times and fack you.
Their f*** up, Not their problem
I ordered a bunch of shirts cause they had a sale for the 4th of July, truly the ONLY reason I would ever shop with them since they make sub-par clothing at a ridiculous price.
Not only did they send me the incorrect size, but wrong shirt all together. I call customer service, of course, only to be told that if I wanted an exchange that I’d have to go to a lucky store. Every Lucky store within a 50 mile radius closed due to their bankruptcy. Could I just send back the wrong shirts and have the correct order sent? Nope. Could they honor the sale price if I returned via mail and repurchased the correct shirts online? Nope. So what can you do for me?…….. a big irritated huff under his breath “ma’am I’m sorry that you were not satisfied with your recent experience.” F****** a**h***. Im not even mad about the wrong shirts being sent!! I’m pissed that I am being told now that you can do nothing to fix your mistake.
I’m returning every bit of what I bought now and will NEVER buy anything associated with that brand again. It will all end up at tjmaxx, Marshall’s or Ross anyways.

Never received order
Ordered 2 pairs of jeans on June 5th and it claimed to have shipped on June 6th. As of June 22nd they never showed up. Lucky would not refund my money until today (6/22), they kept insisting I wait until the 21st even though tracking never updated once from "Waiting for carrier pickup." I will not be ordering from Lucky again because I don't trust that I would receive what I ordered and I despise the fact that they held onto my money for almost a month before agreeing to give it back. They SHOULD replace my order and send it overnight, but at this point I'm just glad to be done with the whole ordeal and will be on the lookout for my refund.
Poor quality sandals
I purchase a pair of sandals the bassie strap sandal and i wore them 3 times and they broke apart! i contacted lucky and they did not offer anything to make it right! for what i paid for the sandals, they should have lasted alot longer than 3 wears!! lucky sucks and they dont care. not lucky ever again.

Same as everyone else. We paid for expedited shipping and it took 2 weeks for part of the order to arrive. The tracking info was not correct. We ordered 9 items. 2 came in on time for the expedited cost but were the wrong item. the other 7 items arrived over a week later. When we opened the second package it was only 4 items. It should have been 7. We checked the packing list and the packing list had 4 items on it but it only matched 2 items. Also got some packing list for 7 pairs of kids roper boots to be sent via amazon which I do not believe lucky carries. I called customer service and they cannot issue a reshipment of missing items. You have to wait 10 days for a refund then reorder items you may or may not get. By far the most unorganized inept retailer I have ever ordered from.

Don’t shop at store 2502 at keystone Indiana or deal with customer service online. They processed my order since the size was not available in store. The store processed my order without repeating what I wanted the cost or the address. She said all done. I was like well what was the total cost and such. Come to find out I was charged full price and when I called her out on that she said when it comes in just bring it back to the store I’ll refund for the difference! Um NO! So she calls customer services to cancel the order and but can not give me any cancellation number or confirmation number but they sure as hell take your money in seconds. When I say I need something that says it’s being processed they get mad won’t call a manage and tell me they are the manage not yet can’t even tell me their store number when I’m on the phone with customer service. I. store was horrible and so wasn’t online customer service. They try to make you wait for 24 hours before a call back from a manager.
