Lucky returned item without my consent and withheld payment
Ordered an item then was partially refunded and item returned to warehouse without my knowledge. I reached out to inquire why I received $6 on a $30 order; apparently my order was rerouted back to the warehouse. Lucky issued another partial refund. The refund amounts issued only covered 2/3 of the total amount paid, not shipping or taxes. When I contacted Customer Service, I was told that the last amount of my refund could only be creditted if I paid for another order. At this point, why would I commit more money to Lucky in fear of the situation happening again? I requested a refund for shipping and taxes on an item I never received yet was told that the system would not allow it and during normal business hours a supervisor was not able to assist; I would need to get a call back on the weekend. As I was giving customer service my number for a call back, they claimed to not hear me (had not moved in hours) and ultimately hung up. Wow. I get not having access at their level but after 60+ minute conversation with no interference when I am finally receiving help, the call suddenly drops? That is shameful. So I am calling back, to probably have another 60+ minute conversation yet hopefully getting actual assistance to resolve my issue with Lucky Brand.

Beware of Online Ordering
Ordering online is such a hassle. I was pleased to make my purchase and never received an order confirmation until 2 days later saying it was shipped. Shortly after receiving the shipping notification email, I received an email saying a few items were cancelled. I was very much confused because it had said it was shipped and I was billed the full amount. I reached out to customer service and they confirmed two items from my order have been cancelled. Their solution was to wait for that cancelled item to be in stock and purchase it once it is available...what?! They want me to spend more money on an item that was initially in stock yet got cancelled after I received A SHIPPING CONFIRMATION. I am beginning to become weary of this company. I have noticed, if I stand correct, the clothing is made in India...their customer service seems to be based in India and most of the customer service representatives have names that are native to India. This makes me also aware that scammers are huge in India...so beware. I am currently in contact with their representatives and looking for information to see what is really going on behind the scenes of this shady company and my order. I am truly dissatisfied with this company.

Complete trash. I’ve had my order canceled on three occasions with them saying all the items are out of stock and to check the website at a future date. Every item is listed on their webpage is listed as in stock for each order attempt. The customer service reps are obviously going off a script as I was called meggie by the rep in one of the emails.
AI would do a better job at customer service than whatever outsourcing they are using. Completely worthless company.
Don’t expect help if you need it
Sent a return back properly that is now lost and has been in one location for three weeks (lost) the package is insured through them and they will not refund the lost item until they receive it to the location. They will not be getting the package ever as it is lost. Costs like this are built into your company and your shipping methods so just give me the refund.
Absolutely the best clothing line
Absolutely the best clothing line. From panties and bras to jeans, if it says, "Lucky Brand", you can bet the s*** be Banging!! I'm an older, white hippie/gen X with an a** and every single time I try on a Lucky Brand jeans I lament, "where were you in 1983?" and then celebrate, because the jeans fit me like a glove, big butt, small waist and all! The bras and panties fit perfectly, give me lift without cutting into my flesh and look sexy. I'm lucky that Lucky Brand finally made it here, before I'm too old to enjoy it. I'm gonna be buried in it, head to toe, it's in my will.👍👍
Worst customer service EVER!!!
Worst customer service I have EVER experienced. After sending me the wrong jeans 6 weeks ago, they are doing everything in their power not to provide a resolution. They keep blaming system errors and glitches. If they have been having system glitches for 6 weeks, then they need to fire their entire IT team. However, it seems as though something deeper is going on as I am seeing the same stories from various other people. It seems as though either Lucky Brand has been sold to some fly by the night company or they have outsourced their customer service and have been given the guidance to never ever do anything to actually provide a resolution to the customers who have been wronged.
All I wanted was for them to send me the proper jeans that I ordered 6 weeks ago and to include a return label so that I can send back the pair that they mistakenly sent me, but they are refusing to do so.
Lucky used to be a great brand, but after this experience I question if I will ever order from them again. There is a reason Lucky Brand has an F rating from the Better Business Bureau.

excellent service at your South Park Store
i went into your lucky brand jean store at South Park Mall ...i have never been in one of your stores..im a male and i use to buy my jeans at Guess..i didnt know what to buy so one of the clerks in the store named Shelia helped me and a friend i was with..she knew exactly what i needed, she was very friendly and knew her job well...the experience with her service was 5 star excellent..i wish all stores had a sales person like Shelia.

TOO MANY CANCELLED ORDERS
I have been trying to buy 4 pairs of jeans and a belt from this company through their website. I’ve tried this on 5 separate occasions, all of which have been cancelled by the company. When contacting them they claim that my billing address does not match the shipping address. Their representatives I had spoken with indicated they resolved the issue just for the order to be cancelled again. I tried 3 different cards and a debit, tried PayPall as well … hell I even cut-n-pasted my address directly from my CC company … and all were canceled.
I don’t know if thier reps were competent in their job or lacked basic language skills but their accent was extremely difficult to understand.
I’m tired of all these cancelled orders placed an order with Robin’s Jeans and had no problems.
Lucky really needs to resolve this issue as they just lost a customer of 10+ years.
Ridiculous shipping cost!
I recently purchased a blouse on the Lucky Brand website and it did not fit. I wanted to return it at a store but it was not allowed because I paid through PayPal. Really? As a result, I had to pay an extra $8.00 to ship it back which they took off my refund. I basically will get $13 refunded for a $34 purchase. That is ridiculous customer service. I just don't understand why I can't return to a store no matter what payment I used. I will not order from their website ever again!
Broken Return Process and Inept Customer Support
The complaints on Trustpilot are accurate descriptions of the shopping experience with LuckyBrand.com. The shipping is slow, the return process doesn't function correctly, and emailing customer support is a waste of time.
I recently purchased 2 different pairs of jean shorts and returned one. I was unable to request a refund on the website and had to ship the package at my own cost. This appears to be intentional given the amount of complaints about the issue on Trustpilot. It took LuckyBrand 2 weeks to process the return and they charged me an extra $8 for a shipping label they never even gave me! Email support stated, "Please note that if you use the included return label we have provided, $8 will be deducted from your refund for the return shipping costs." However, I was never issued a return label!
So I had to call the hotline and argue for 15 minutes and provide my USPS tracking number in order to prove that I deserved a $8 refund for a label that I never received in the first place. It is taking another 48 hours for the $8 credit to process.
Miserable experience. I will never shop here again.
Wrong order sent - Nightmare after that.
Wrong order sent. Complete nightmare trying to return it. Was told a UPS mailer would be sent via email. Every day, same story for over two weeks. Finally paid for return shipping on our own expense. STILL haven't received refund. Company is just completely inept.
Incompetent customer service…
Incompetent customer service representatives. Purchased a dress from Lucky Brand that arrived damaged. Representative emailed me a return label that was supposed to be free because of their error sending a damaged dress. A month later I received the refund and it was short $18.63. Called serval times and spoke to several representatives. I was told by their supervisor that they charge customers $10 for a label and $8.63 for shipping. They will have to put in a request to refund me the money. Their customer service representative are rude and don't have the skills to solve any problems. I will never shop with this company again.

The Tshirts are awesome but the shipping and customer service are a cluster. Lost the package. 1 month, 20 emails, 2 people saying they reshipped it expedited (when they didn’t) and a thirty minute phone call later- I received most of my order. The clothes shipped to me 30 minutes from my house, and it took a month. From Walton, Ky to Union, Ky took a month.. I was offered a 25percent discount for my trouble, but then they forgot to even email that to me. Honestly, comical.
