Do not buy from Lucky Brand! I should have read reviews before ordering as Lucky Brand has the lowest rating I’ve ever seen! This was worst purchase of my life. Sizes kept changing in my “bag” & when I finally received these incredibly expensive items, they were all incorrect sizes; too small. I even tried to contact them immediately after placing order, realizing errors showing on my screen, & was told they could not contact warehouse, nor could I & that warehouse does not check their messages. When I tried to return them using their on-line system, it states they are not eligible for return as I have not received them! I just spoke to staff & they confirmed they were delivered! Also, they don’t issue pre-paid return shipping labels. Said I had to wait for UPS to send me one; then it would take 8-10 days to process plus more time to get my refund. And I’m going to be charged $8.00 which is not stated any where! They call it “buyer’s remorse return”. (In the meantime, we have had excellent luck on all levels with GAP. Choose them!)
Serious runaround after receiving defective product.
Ordered two tops online from Lucky Brand. One had seams with unfinished stitching. Much of it was not stitched at all. The other has loose stitching. I am getting the run around and finger pointing on a return label. They are blaming it on UPS but cannot prove it is in the queue at UPS and is not showing up on my UPS dashboard. Based on these reviews, I am debating whether or not to even send them back as a refund may never arrive. What a mess from a once terrific brand.

Was really excited to receive a jacket I ordered online, but after ordering it and waiting for awhile, received order cancelled email. Seriously? I was already planning my outfits lol needs to be more efficient. Shein has better customer service lol
$100 jeans - wore out in a few months
$100 jeans - while they are comfortable, they completely wore out in under 6 months. This was with light wear, mostly to my office job. They have no guarantee or warranty like Eddie Bauer and some others, your just straight up out of luck! I won't be buying again and suggest others think twice.
AWFUL
AWFUL! I have been incorrectly charged for an item. Every time I call get a different answer. I have spoken to every supervisor at Lucky. 'Refund takes 3-5 BUSINESS days' ok it's been like 20 of them. I am currently disputing with my own credit card because I am getting nowhere with this company. NEVER SHOP HERE ONLINE. I have reached out the news/investigative segment.

Still haven’t received my refund it has been over a month… just like the other reviews say, they give you the run around. Some people do get a refund but it’s less than they should, and it takes a long time. I am hoping I will eventually get something from the $314 they owe me… who knows if they will. What a SCAM. If I don’t get my refund I don’t know what I will do, I am disabled and live on a fixed income. This company is criminal and someone should close them down. I’ve never been treated so horribly in all my life. If they do end up refunding me and fixing this issue, I will update or edit my review.

I returned my whole order but was not refunded in full, so I messaged them via the chat. The person I talked to claimed that they do not refund the shipping and taxes (not sure that's legal since I didn't keep anything. Why should I pay the taxes on something I do not own).
But guess what, they actually kept MORE then what the taxes and shipping were.
And on the chat when I said it was ridiculous, the person just ignored me and closed the chat. Like how do you treat your customers???

Paid,took weeks to ship, said was delivered but never received it. Customer service initially responded said it was delivered to a mailbox and signec for,, not true.. stopped responding..

Horrible Customer Service and Horrible Return experience. Wish I could give ZERO stars!!! The items I received were different than what I ordered and I had to call Customer Service 3 times to try to get a return label. I sent back my items nearly 2 months ago, which Lucky received. They finally processed part of my return but charged me twice for return shipping. I contacted Customer Service two more times - each time the reps gave me different answers- and I am STILL waiting for the refund for the mistakes they made. I will NEVER purchase from Lucky Brand again - and I strongly suggest you don’t either!!!
Good quality jeans and responsive customer service and prompt delivery.
I have been ordering Lucky Jeans for several years. I wear them daily as a substitute for scrubs since I work in a medical clinic.
The quality is consistent; with occasional variation in dye coloration.
The fit is always ‘as ordered’. The customer service people are responsive, helpful and delivery is prompt.
My only complaint is that when they have sales, they rarely include average sizes. I’m 36/32, not unusual size. That said, having a closet that includes other brands, including more and less expensive brands, I find myself preferring Lucky for a range of activities beyond work and never find them lacking.
Are they the best for splitting wood or rigorous hiking…. No. But that’s not what I typically use them for. I have been a customer for more than 5 years and intend to for the indefinite future if their quality does not diminish.

No refund when using gift card
I ordered 2 tops using a gift card and remaining balance on a credit card. Lucky canceled one of the tops. My credit card was not charged but the balance on my gift card was not refunded. I contacted customer service several times but Lucky has never come through with my refund.
Bottom line-don’t buy or use a Lucky gift card.

Hopefully you don’t have to return anything. Not only do you have to pay for return shipping, it will take multiple contacts and weeks to get your refund.
LuckyBrand Cancellation of On-Line in Order to Resell the Same Item at a Higher Price
I am both a VIP member and long time buyer both in store and on-line. Between December 2022 through January 2023 I have had four on-line orders cancelled for unsubstantiated reasons: (1) they are out of stock of an item; however, the website shows they have the item available and when you reorder you pay a higher price; and (2) there is a "billing" discrepancy in your credit card. In order to log into your account a user must enter a six digit number assigned by Bolt sent through text message or e-mail. Bolt partners with merchants (such as Lucky Brand) to power the checkout for their online stores. I contacted Bolt who confirmed I passed their security checks in addition to contacting my credit card company that my billing and mailing address are fine so there is no reason LuckyBrand should decline my orders. LuckyBrand opened multiple case nos. including 72459478 (Debbie) but never get back to you. As as long time buyer and loyal customer I am disappointed in LuckyBrand and their apparent manipulation of prices. I have a multitute of e-mails of cancelled orders and case numbers none of which received a response. I also opened a BBB complaint today assigned #18879102. Of note is LuckyBrand is not an accredited BBB company.

I ordered a pair of Jersey ribbed leggings that cost me nearly $30. The elastic in the waistband went crazy after one drying; could not get it untwisted or unfolded whatever. I used to buy Lucky Brand clothing a lot that lasted me a very long time nowadays the material is just crap bras, pants shirts.

These jeans are not cheap, yet they save a few cents by having an insufficient amount of belt loops. I can't believe a trusted Lucky Brand merchant like Costco would lower their standards by selling this brand.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I ordered online - paid $10 for shipping for 2 shirts - items were due to arrive in 3-6 days.
10 days later - nothing had arrived. I had emailed customer service several times - and got nothing but a complete runaround. I could tell email was outsourced to a third-world country. One rep would say one thing - and another a completely different thing.
I finally called customer service this morning and actually got a live person. They [supposedly] processed a refund for me but indicated it would take 7-10 days to show up on my debit card! I'm sorry - this is criminal. I'm betting that refund will not show up.
Don't shop with Lucky Brand online. What a rip off.
Lucky Brand Men's Underwear is Too Small and Poor Quality!
I bought Lucky Brand Men's medium 32-34 waist size underwear at Winners (TJMAXX) in Canada. What a mistake!
They fit about a size smaller and are too tight for me. I'm constantly pulling them down and pulling them up to adjust them. Not only that but the quality is noticeably poorer than the other brands I bought. The cotton is pilling after very few washes. Smaller and worse quality than the Kangol and Silver Jeans Men's 32-34 medium underwear I also bought at Winners for the same price!
I'm confused why they call themselves Lucky Brand. I consider myself highly unlucky to have had faith in the brand being the same quality and size as the Kangol and Silver Jeans underwear I also bought there.
I then contacted Lucky Brand USA and they said I have to deal with Lucky Brand Canada. I then contacted Lucky Brand Canada, and they said I have to deal with Lucky Brand USA. I then contacted Lucky Brand USA again who said I have to deal with Lucky Brand Canada. It is obvious neither Lucky Brand Canada or USA wants to deal with my issue and are experts at passing the buck so I gave up and posted this review.
Shame on you Lucky Brand for cheating consumers on your underwear sizing and making your medium equivalent to a small while making the material quality poor too. And shame on you for passing my issue back and forth between your American and Canadian offices so neither had to deal with it. You products and customer service are a disgrace and it shows in your trust pilot rating where 89% of the ratings are one star as of the date of my review!
Shame on you Winners for selling such a poor quality undersized product and offering no exchange or return on underwear.
I have only ever bought underwear from Lucky Brand, but given the result, I will never buy another Lucky Brand product ever again, and I will never set foot in a Lucky Brand store ever again.
Lucky Brand knowingly cheaped out on size and quality and sell them for the same price as others and hoped no one would notice. This review is what happens when you do that.

I have been a long time customer of Lucky Brand. One time I ordered to have something shipped to a different address. They seemed to have saved that as my default address and no where in your acct is there a place to update that. The second I placed the order and saw the shipping error I emailed them and I also did contact through their website. It was Wednesday before Thanksgiving. They claim they can't change any order once it has been placed because it is already gone to shipping. Well I checked two days later and UPS hadn't picked it up. I have no way to received the order, it was a Christmas order, and no one has seen it anywhere they shipped it and they have no proof of delivery either but refuse to give me my money back. Terrible company. Lost me as a customer but more importantly spreading the word on them so others don't get screwed.

I ordered a necklace from LB online but received the wrong item. Customer service agent volunteered to overnight the correct order and told me to keep the wrong one. Two weeks and two follow up calls later, the necklace has not arrived, and a different rep is telling me I was given incorrect information. Not a great experience this close to Christmas.
