Stones all wrong, Item cancelled, No packing Slip

Item cancelled without any notification as to why, had to contact customer service for a reason, and then reorder and pay extra shipping for that item to arrive. No packing slip in the delivery box, and the stones on 3 of the 4 items are not what I expected. I saw these items in a store and what I received is a much lighter and cheaper looking stone. Very very disappointed in this. My first and definitely last time buying from Lucky Brand

I would have rather donated this money I spent to Jeff Bezos’ savings account

The $280 leather jacket I bought had a seam on the arm that started coming loose after about 5 wears. Listen, I wasn’t in bar fights or crashing motorcycles, I was strolling through a couple parks with my great aunt. If you’re thinking this is a leather jacket, it’s the farthest thing from it. Ive been gifted bracelets made by 6 year old children from summer camp with more durability than this pathetic excuse of a craft. Of course there is no return or exchange, because what do you expect THEM to do with this terrible product? No, these mistakes are for us to make. First and last time I buy anything from this company.

Out ~$248 - If I could give zero stars

If I could give zero stars, I would. I made a large order during a major sale. Lucky Brand completely missed 4 out of the 13 items and charged me the full amount. They never sent any communication that the 4 items would be cancelled from the order, nor did they give notice that the order would be split into multiple shipments. I talked to customer service, and they said the items were not shipped due to low stock. They gave me a "request number" for a refund for the 4 missing items. It's been 3 weeks and about 10 emails with customer service, and I am still waiting on this refund. To make matters worse, I went in store and returned 6 of the 9 items I did receive. The clerk shorted me $114, which I did not realize at the time. This company's order and refund tracking is HORRENDOUS and I will NEVER purchase from them again!!!

If I could give a negative number on…

If I could give a negative number on review I would. I ordered 2 pair of jeans womens and one shirt. I got the order however I received one pair of men's jeans Instead of the jeans I paid for. Mind you I spent over 200 dollars, I emailed customer service and they were great, told me they would make it right and resend the order. I got the package 3 days later and once again the wrong order still missing the pair of jeans that were missing with the 1st order. So I emailed again only this time I got ignored. When spending this kind of money on clothes you expect to receive the correct items. Now I'm stuck with mens jeans. The customer service is horrible and they do not care about the people whom keep their business open. I will never purchase another pair of lucky jeans. They obviously have no respect for the people who keep their doors open. Shop around before giving your hard earned money to people who keep it and send you whatever they think you should wearing.

Customer Services & Invalid Promo Codes

I gave them my email for 15% off my order and it gave me a promo code that was invalid. I then signed up for their student program to receive a 15% discount code and that was invalid either. I then decided to move forward with the order despite the promised discounts. I paid $10.00 for delivery in 3-5 business days and my package says it will get here in 8 business days (10 total days from when the order was placed). When I explained this to Kareem, a lucky brand Live Chat support agent, he said there is nothing he could do to help me and disconnected the chat! What kind of customer service is that? This brand seems incredibly shady.

The worst online customer service

Lucky brand has some of the worst customer service online to date. I’m baffled about how many live chat agents I had to speak with, to get absolutely no where. After purchasing a $300 jacket from there, I’m ready to just return it and take my business elsewhere. I’m literally appalled by their customer service.

NEVER AGAIN!

I got a Lucky Brand denim jacket as a present for Christmas - didn't fit, it had a tag still on it, I took it to a Lucky Brand store to exchange for something that did fit. Imagine my surprise when I was told they would NOT take it back, apparently it was purchased at another store - It was A LUCKY BRAND jacket - they won't honor their own merchandise! And their sizing is ALWAYS off, you cannot count on them. NEVER AGAIN!!

Do not buy these clothing from…

Do not buy these clothing from Lucksstudio. I did buy the sweat suits and its nothing like the pictures. Top Size too small and bottom too long and material too thick. Catch is returns has to be shipped back to China only. It cost over $150+ to ship to China. Plus I think they go by SASA too. Plan to throw it out and still try to get my refund back. Sad they taken advantage of us and do not even care. Save your money buy only from US stores that take returns.

Do not shop here

Wow, I wish I had read these reviews before shopping online. Huge mistake. Everything already said here is true. You better hope you don't need to return anything or better yet that you actually recieve you items (part of mine were shipped to an address in another state) or that they aren't broken. Also all jewlery is incredibly cheap so don't bother.

The majority of the time that I attempt…

The majority of the time that I attempt to order from Lucky Brand site, either my item disappears from the cart when I check out, or I click on an item and it won't go to my cart. I've addressed this with customer service in the past and have gotten nowhere. I've been a loyal store/retail customer for their brand for years, but I am done, especially given their dismissal of customer concerns. So much for customer loyalty and company pride. Thanks for stepping up Lucky Brand.

Placed an online order which arrived…

Placed an online order which arrived incorrectly and did NOT reflect pictures. Decided to keep it anyways and the leather dye began fading. Returned item due to quality and they claim to need at least 2 weeks to issue refund once received. Their quality and service used to be excellent. Now, it is atrocious!!!!

Poor quality, poor customer service…

I have worn a pair of rain booties approximately 10 times and they have multiple places where the shoes is coming away from the sole. My interactions with customer service were terrible. No one in the store or over the phone would help to make this right. I will never shop at this store again. Their product was not worth the price.

The customer service at the Burlington…

The customer service at the Burlington mall is one of the worst I’ve ever experienced. The woman who is the manager has no idea what she’s doing. They ordered me a complete wrong size on the website in the store that arrived. It’s unfortunate because I actually really like the jeans there but I won’t go back in there again if she’s working there. They really need to train these people better

Diabolical company

Diabolical company - avoid at all cost. Appalling, lazy and rude customer service (?!) who refuse to help. They will not provide return details or a refund on faulty products and now ignore all emails. Shameful

Fake confirmation emails!

Placed an order with Lucky brand on 9/1/21. On the 9th, no shipping email came so I contacted them via chat. Chat says the order number did not exist, despite the email confirmation containing the number and all items ordered (with pricing). I was told that they would price match, but they would not resubmit order via chat and provided me with a phone number. Over the phone, they refused to price match the order and offered me 10% off. They offer 15% on the website! I insisted to speak to someone higher, and the “manager” would only offer 20% off and absolutely nothing else (including an apology). There were 4 items that are now out of stock. Pitiful poor business practices have lost them many customers!

Dreadful company

Dreadful company. I would echo what has been said elsewhere here. I ordered a jacket, which arrived weeks after they had taken my money. It was the wrong size so I contacted them to arrange a return and an exchange. Their replies were sporadic and very poorly written. Their assertion was that because I had ordered the wrong size, the fault lay with me. While they were prepared to accept a return – without telling me where they were, other than in China – they told me I would have to pay for the shipping, that it would cost more than the original order, and that it probably wouldn't arrive anyway so they would not be able to refund me. Meanwhile, they were offering me discount codes on my next order ('EDM25' for 25%, and 'EDM20' for 20%, if anyone is interested), and advising me I could pass the jacket on to family or friends! Do not deal with this appalling, fly-by-night operation.
