Lucky Mobile is the WORST!!!

I am an angry customer. I have been trying to resollve a minor issue for more than 2 hours now. I spent a half hour on the phone with 3 reps and transferred numerous times. In fact the last woman I was on the phone with was rude and cut off the call for no reason at all. I did not raise my voice nor was I rude.
I bought a new SIM card from you to put in my old phone with the same phone number of 438-356-9669.
I called again, placed on hold, waited 10 minutes, explained the situation to another rep who sounded sleepy and then he transferred me yet again!!! The chat system couldn't handle the problem. Fact is, I have NEVER Experienced such horrible service anywhere!
Lucky Mobile is the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE ANYWHERE!!!

Why don't lucky be honest

Why don't lucky be honest. Let's put it on display for all to see. Twice now it went to voicemail. No phone call displayed that they called. I've lost out on a customer $340 job because I had no phone call to answer to. Lucky going to reimburse me for their incompetent service they provide? Absolute joke. The other time it was pizza delivery driver waiting 5 minutes in parking lot with my pizza. That's how long it took to show up on my voicemail notification. Both times it happened at my own house. Not impressed!

TOTAL LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE !

TOTAL LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE !
I have been two weeks trying to sort out my problem. I have tried every possible way to get help. I cannot pay bills, check bank accounts, nothing, because they have somehow managed to block my phone number. This is appalling customer service. Quick enough to take your payments.

I guess making a valid complaint doesnt matter to Lucky..

I've complained to Lucky Mobile about 4 times now to change their voicemail system so that it's not erasing a customers message for them. The PAYING customer should be able to decide whether to erase their messages and which ones they'd like to keep for more than 4/5 days!
They obviously don't listen, bc I just had an important message erased b/c I had it for more than 4-days!
It's bad customer service, and for that they're only getting a 2-star rating from me.

Third world cheap service

Signing up for lucky mobile would the worst mistake. Cheap garbage service provided by Filipinos who will bounce you off from agent to agent. Couldn’t port in a number from Bell to Lucky because one of the offshore call center clown typed the address wrong. I lost my number. Lucky owned by Bell both bell Mobility and lucky call centers serviced by same good for nothing, lying agents would tell anything to just get rid of the customers. Third world Cheap service!!

Rather UNlucky mobile. SCAM! STAY AWAY!

Worst customer service I've ever experienced. My boyfriend got a new phone and wanted to transfer his Lucky Mobile E-sim to his new phone. He didn't have his old phone anymore because he traded it in for the new phone at Apple. To transfer the E-Sim we needed to confirm with the other old phone, which we were not able to do.. so we were unable to transfer the E-sim. Fair enough... Then the customer service told us that the best solution would be if we could go to a a store to get a physical Lucky Mobile Sim... we followed their advice and bought another sim card for another 50$ (even though we've already paid for the old one that we were unable to transfer). Then they called us back and said that they would transfer the old E-sim to the new sim...We ended up talking to that guy for 45 minutes. He has now managed to block the new sim that we just paid 50$ for while trying to transfer the old e-sim card... then he said this happened because we didn't cancel the old e-sim and we had to call customer service (aren't we already talking to customer service???)... so we cancelled it and then called back again and explained the whoooole thing again and again... nobody could solve the problem and they just transferred us to the next person and the next person and the next person at customer service. WHAT A JOKE!!! We spent 3 hours of our day to try to fix that and they just made it worse.... stay away.

Useless

They promote simplicity and a do it yourself kinda service by allowing you to buy a sim card. But it's not that simple.
Kinda like many day here. It's a scam puppet company of another big corp.

Beware of Lucky's billing practices and refund policy…

I added 2GB data to my basic plan for $40/month. They billed my credit card May 1st. The 1st day in the billing period was May 2nd. Apparently, I had used up $0.49 worth of fate from the day before, so they suspended my account that day (there was only $39.51 in my account on the 1st billing day). I don't know why they could not have billed me for the $0.49. Instead, they sent two text messages saying I was past due. I checked my Visa statement to see if payment went through on the 1st and it had. So I ignored the past due notice. I didn't realise I had no service. I was on the highway and needed to make a call and had no service . I tried to resolve the problem last evening when I got home but a live person at customer service was not available and I could only book an appointment with an agent for the next day or day after. I was furious. I switched to another provider in the morning intent on cancelling with Lucky. After several attempts to connect with a person and after speaking with their agent and then his supervisor, they will not refund my money. They said the only option was to top up payment and continue with my service. I refused to deal with the company any further. They refused to give me the contact info for anyone in the company who could deal with a refund or handle my complaint..

Zero starts

Zero starts. Stole all the disability money from my bank account left me someone who needs to take meds with foods with nothing just to be called a liar. Told me the problem would be fixed within 24 hours still have no mo ey to eat to the greedy corporations who thought 3 payme ts of 63.24 and one of 68.99 totals 53$ my bill amount. I've asked to talk to heads of departments yesterday I was told they will contact refunds right away and make it go back onto my account. Wel surprise surprise still no money am on a week with no food and this company is still calling me a liar and refusing to give me back my money. To any of you guys who are deciding to go with lucky I would think twice yeah it's a cheap plan but that's exactly it it's a cheap plan they eat your internet like it's nothing. I have 18 gigs on my phone and within the first day it's already gone. On my other phone that I have that is not with lucky it's not even close to being gone. Just buyer beware on this situation. I don't want anybody else to die from starvation because of corporate greed and that's exactly what's going to happen with me. I've had to pay for two funerals in 2 years on disability I finally got ahead $200 and these people stole every penny of that. And then called me a liar but the thing is is when they're calling you a liar and you've got your bank proof isn't that definition of character and can't I sue them because at this point I would like to sue them I have every single message that they've ever sent cuz I screenshot everything

Data all of a sudden disappeared in one…

Data all of a sudden disappeared in one day. After two years with lucky I have never used up my data. The last three months my data has been wiped out in one day in 30mb chunks, around the middle of the billing cycle each time. Lucky customer service acknowledged the problem the first time and gave me a $20 credit to buy more data. The next time I was told it was correct. Even had a customer service rep. who when I asked for a manager, put me on hold for five minutes and the came back. It was the same women, with the same roosters in the background. I called her on it and she just when silent. Wow. Worst customer service ever. Switching to another provider tomorrow.

I don't know, I can't give 0 stars. I'll write it off as a lesson in life. Couldn't even get to the point of trying the service. 2 sim cards 2 plan cards 0 phone time. Don't recomend this company. Customer service rep was nice though. Even offered to tell me how to switch providers.

The CRTC needs to take action against Lucky Mobile. Their MO is fraud and deception.

My experience with this company was extremely frustrating. Despite canceling my account within 30 minutes of signing up due to a carrier-locked phone, I was charged immediately and informed that the transaction could not be reversed. When I reached out to their customer service team, I was told that the only option available was to receive credit for the amount paid, but only if I opened a new account and paid the initial amount again. This left me with no choice but to continue using their services for two months.

Poor customer service and short of Stealing your money

Converted my lucky mobile account from 3G to 4G since the price was a good fit. After the switch my phone still ran at 3g speed. Call them and the run around started first call after the first week did not resolve the issue. Then called back 2 weeks later to see if they had found the issue and was told no trouble ticket was opened. Now after a week they finally called saying the issues was resolved and 1 hour after the call my service went dead. So spend three hours with them to be told the account was cancelled due to none payment. 1 they took payment Jan 14 for the switch over since they needed a top up to process the switch to 4G. Then Feb 2nd they charge me again for the 4G account that was the regular auto top up. So now they charge twice for same service then told me I did not pay them. The kicker I was receiving different stories Two agents told me the number had been moved from lucky to bell mobility and two said none payment. So switch provider and in the process to send formal complaint to CRTC for how they handle customer and take payments and don't deliver the goods. Would not recommend double charging and cutting service off for non payment I would view this as no different as being fraudulent. They take your money an shuts down your service. Hmm.
